LloujylAmazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone.
First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China!
The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us.
Itâs a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpaâs swimming in the river during the day.
Itâs also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor.
The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc.
The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated.
Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service.
Breakfast was good and simple. Itâs situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room.
On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x
One thing to note, they donât have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in.
Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again đ

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in the suburbs, but there is a metro station within 500 m from the hotel. It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

GGuest UserIf you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as itâs only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.
My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotelâs fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke.
There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

AAnonymous UserThe lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and handled my check-in very efficiently. Noticing I had a lot of luggage, she even proactively offered to help. The entire hotel, both inside and out, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The lobby, in particular, was bright and spotless. Our room was also very large and spacious, so comfortable I could just lie down and get a restful night's sleep. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

HHebaixiaoFirst off, we got an upgrade to a 180-degree river view room, though there were a few hiccups along the way.
**Facilities:** The room has a classic business style, which looks decent, but the equipment is a bit dated. Adjusting the hot and cold water in the bathroom is the slowest I've ever encountered; you really need patience, as it takes forever to respond after each adjustment. The bathroom itself is old and needs a renovation. There were only tissues in the bathroom, none in the main room.
**Service:** Perhaps because there were so many guests, the front desk service was just 'adequate.' Neither of the two front desk staff who checked us in mentioned the breakfast time or location, and I had to go back and ask them later. The room service staff were very enthusiastic, but they knocked on the door two or three times every day to deliver evening tea and turn down the bed. The service was great, but having to get up and open the door each time was a bit inconvenient.
**Breakfast:** Personally, I think the breakfast restaurant was the most impressive part.
Firstly, the staff at the entrance maintained a very stable and positive demeanor. This hotel hosts conferences, so there were many people dining in the morning, and some guests were indeed difficult. However, the staff remained unaffected by their moods, answering questions attentively without being cold.
Why do I say it was impressive? In many hotels, breakfast chefs tend to just go through the motions, often appearing a bit sluggish because breakfast starts early. But here, the chefs seemed full of energy and very proactive in their work, presenting a refreshing and positive attitude.
The breakfast selection was extensive, almost foolproof, and everything tasted quite good, especially the desserts. They blended Chinese and Western characteristics; the Western desserts weren't overly sweet, and the flavors leaned towards a balanced middle ground. I recommend the brownies and donuts.
The downside was the coffee, which was terrible, but the tea was excellent.
Fairly speaking, considering the hotel brand, location, and the view, the overall price felt reasonable, but you shouldn't evaluate it by Marriott International standards.

TTangchaopiaoziIt's been ten years since I last visited Tianjin, and it has changed so much! I only had three days, so I chose this Four Seasons hotel, which is located right above a subway station in the bustling downtown area. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Facilities: The room space was ample, and the functional areas were particularly well-divided. The pillows were just to my liking, and the most thoughtful touch was the heated floor in the bathroom â it felt so good to come back to after a cold day out.
Environment: There were quite a few construction sites downstairs, and two apartment buildings across the street. However, the night view and city lights looking towards Tianjin Station were absolutely beautiful. The location is unbeatable; it's convenient to get anywhere by subway or taxi. For someone who grew up strolling along Binjiang Road, it felt like coming home.
Service: From getting out of the car to taking the elevators, I felt well taken care of every time. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful and attentive. I absolutely loved Tianjin!

GGuest UserHotel is situated at a very convenient location with the main shopping street 滚æ±é opposite. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
Initially I was worried about the central heating during winter (Nov to Mar) which there is no cooling from their aircon, and it worsen when i was checking in when there are people checking out due to too hot. But our receptionist has arrange a cooler room for us where it does not face the sun and also has a humidifier that can put ice inside for cooling. Furthermore there is a small window on top that can be opened and with the high level, the room is cold and comfortable.
The room is beautiful and huge and well kept by the room service everyday. The bathroom is huge with a huge bathtub which my kids love and the scenery is beautiful. ******* food delivery is also convenient as they got robot to send up. All in all, the room is very valuable for the price and i really love every single night in the hotel.

The location is absolutely fantastic â only a five-minute walk from the subway station, and I never hit traffic on the way to my clients' offices. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; once the door was closed, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, which meant I slept really soundly every night. The high-speed WiFi didn't even stutter during video conferences. The hotel's self-service laundry room is open 24/7, and they even have delivery robots for food orders, which is incredibly convenient for business people who need to stay on top of things. The value for money is outstanding. This hotel has definitely made it onto my go-to list for business trips! And a special thanks to Allen for his service during my stay.

BBritExplorerWe enjoyed our stay in the Shanghai-La and booked an executive room which meant we got the lounge access which is definitely worth the extra.
The service was very good throughout, the room and food were excellent. The spa was also lovely and not too busy. In terms of location I probably wouldnât stay again as a tourist as it felt a bit further from the popular spots, there werenât many places a short walk away. However it would be perfect for a business traveller.
