Rome Hotels with Gym

This is an older hotel conveniently located very close to Termini. While the air conditioning is antique, they've clearly made an effort to update other facilities. They offer pour-over coffee at the restaurant, and breakfast items like eggs and roasted vegetables are served unsalted and very light. The front desk staff are very welcoming and leave a great impression. Overall, a positive experience.

The hotel location is just near to train station. Room cleaning service need to improve, as the compliments water supposingly shall be refill for customer but the room service didn't do so for two nights.

A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

From the Uniqlo exit at Termini Station, turn left and walk about a hundred meters until you reach an intersection, cross the street, and you're there. The guy who helped with luggage storage was very friendly and even helped call a taxi. The street-facing room wasn't noisy at all, and it was very clean. You can see the Great Bath from the room window. Major attractions like the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon are all within a 30-minute walk. A taxi to the Vatican costs about 17 euros.

Very disappointing stay. We booked a double room with a balcony but were initially given an accessible room, which was fine — except that both the shower and the lighting had serious problems. The shower drained so slowly that within seconds, water was flowing out of the bathroom into the hallway. When we called reception, we were told that we were supposed to use the squeegee while showering to push the water towards the drain. How is someone supposed to shower while constantly using a squeegee to prevent the room from flooding? More importantly, this was an accessible room. Expecting a guest — potentially someone with limited mobility — to continuously manage the water with a squeegee is especially concerning. The lighting issue was equally serious. All the lights suddenly went off while the staff member was in the room with us. We were told it was a movement sensor, although we were all there at the time. Later, while waiting for her to return, all the lights went off again. We pressed the buttons/switches repeatedly, but this time nothing worked, and we were left in complete darkness for around 1–2 minutes. The lights eventually came back on by themselves for no apparent reason. The staff member eventually found another room, but all balcony rooms were fully booked. So because the original room was unusable, we had to accept a downgrade to a room without the balcony we had booked and paid for. We were tired and did not want to argue further, so we took the room, stayed the night and left the next day. A shower that requires constant squeegeeing to prevent flooding and lights that unpredictably leave guests in complete darkness are serious issues — particularly in an accessible room.

Impressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean

Just come back from a 4 night stay here with my 3 children. Absolutely stunning resort and it was more than i was expecting. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, the resort itself is amazing and so clean. The atmosphere was fantastic and me and my children had the best little get away here. Im so glad I changed my mind at rebooking this place, we can't wait to return.

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.

We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel facilities were also very good, clean, and well organized. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Rome.
