Naha Hotels with Gym

July 2026 I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa, and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient — it is less than a 5-minute walk to the lively Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street, making it easy to head out for food, shopping, and exploring at any time. The hospitality here is top-notch; every staff member I encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. For anyone planning a road trip around Okinawa, the hotel offers on-site parking for an additional fee, which made managing our rental car incredibly stress-free. As someone who likes to keep up with a fitness routine, I was impressed by the gym. It is nicely renovated, clean, and the equipment was more than sufficient for my workout needs. Overall, it was a thoroughly pleasant stay. I would choose to stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the Miebashi monorail station, making it super easy to get to the bus station and departure points. Kokusai Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are convenience stores nearby. The hotel also has a laundry room and a microwave, so the facilities are quite comprehensive. While the hotel isn't huge, the environment is beautiful, and the small pool is a nice bonus. Overall, it's an excellent choice for accommodation in Naha city.

Overall, it's a pretty standard place, though the rooms are quite spacious compared to other options in the city. The chair at the vanity is a thoughtful touch. It's quite close to Kokusai Dori, but there isn't much else around. The hotel has two main entrances, which can make it confusing for taxis, as they might drop you off at the wrong one – a particular hassle if you're carrying luggage. There are several restaurants within the hotel, and for breakfast, the Japanese options are definitely tastier than the Western ones.

The photo shows the view from my room. The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.
