"Great experience as the village is quite scenic and beautiful with great views from this hotel and near by , hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are good I must say as I like soft boil eggs and had no worries of not having to have scrambled eggs as a lot of people have complained. Parking is free . They also gave us our keys in a nice welcome box with instructions and some chocolates that was very thoughtfully prepared so full marks for that. The only concern I have is that Trip.com suggested a self catered kitchen which wasn’t there for preparing your food/dinner and also there was no microwave in the room which is extremely inconvenient. I think that’s the only negative as not everyone eats out in a restaurant and sometimes you’d get hungry at a later part of night and nothing is available. So next time I’ll definitely consider a hotel/lodge that has a at least a self catering kitchen."

"Lovely!!!!! I haven't stayed in such a lovely hotel for a long time. The view outside the window is really a paradise on earth! Ah, highly recommended! ! ! ! ! The breakfast is also delicious. All the decorations are very cute. I will stay here again next time! The staff and the boss are very friendly! 🥰"

"I stayed at a hotel in Interlaken during my trip, and overall it was a great experience. The location was perfect — close to the train station and easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good — fresh bread, cheese, fruits, and hot options too. It definitely made mornings easy and enjoyable. Just a couple of things to note: • No hair dryer provided in the room, which was a bit unexpected. • The hotel also requires a deposit at check-in, so be prepared for that."

"An old-fashioned hotel with a long history. It is still good after the renovation. The location is excellent, close to the station, and the tourist attraction KULM is right next to it. The green-blue river is on the side, which is very beautiful. Remember to book a room with a balcony, sit and drink a glass of champagne, and look out at the snow-capped mountains. It is extremely comfortable"

"Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!"

"The room is well equipped with basic amenities and quality of products used in the room for guests are good. Hotel breakfasts are delicious. Overall the hotel experience at Royal at Georges is memorable and we are satisfied with the hotel stay there. The location is around ten minutes away from interlaken ost station. However there is clock tower nearby which chimes a lot during the night."

"Cleanliness: I booked a room for two consecutive days. When I extended my stay on the second day, I found that the room was only partially cleaned (the sheets and quilt were all wrinkled and there were hair and eyelashes). But I paid the same price for the room I booked for two consecutive days. Extending my stay means that the room can be cleaned less? ? ? ! Facilities: The room is very small and can only fit a 28-inch suitcase. If there are two or more suitcases, they can only be placed in the bathroom Breakfast: The only good thing is that the breakfast is delicious Location: The location is very close to the train station and convenient"

"The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”"
