This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

The experience was good, the room was simple with all the necessary amenities and it was kept clean. It is convenient for a transit as airport transfer was provided. The counter staffs were friendly and helpful, thanks to 小琼and 小慧for helping to carry large number of luggages due to large groups of us and ensure we got the bus to airport due to very early flight.

The room was large and clean. The boss and his wife were very nice and welcoming. The food here was also delicious. They even sent us to the high-speed rail station. Next time I come to Haikou, I will choose here again.

I left early in the morning and packed a hot breakfast. When I left, someone helped me with my luggage. Everyone was very friendly, especially when I accidentally walked into a free activity nearby. The hotel's Xiao Kaikai even took us there. The porridge in the evening was also great. I will choose it again next time if I have the chance.

Located very near to the airport so it's a great place to go when you need a place to sleep over night and head back to the airport early next day. Room is huge and reasonably comfortable. They have big fluffy pillows. Customer service is great, they are very helpful and well-mannered. Do bring your own hair dryer as theirs are not very efficient in drying the hair.if you are a light sleeper, do request for rooms that are ”shielded” from airplanes sound.
