Our quiet swimming pool is designed with 2 different zones which is separated from adults and children. there's a great variety of fine cuisine for breakfast, In the rear of the hotel, you can reach the beach just easily cross our community, immersed into sunny beach or enjoy a dreaming sunset, it’s ideal for relaxing, also the free shuttle bus from the duty free shop is available. The harmony service of our front desk makes you feel at home, the receptionists Bella and Betty are excellent have honored praise for quite a while. Chloeliu can respond promptly to various small needs when checking out, such as to help call a car and assist with small stuffs purchasing. generally, it meets the standard of five-star luxury hotels with beautiful and tranquil scenery. In comparison with those well-known luxury hotels in Sanya, it is more suitable for families who want to enjoy a relax and spending a quality time.

This was our 3rd time staying with the hotel . We love the service and the location , this time though we were given a room that smelled terribly and were given another one when requested that was better . The breakfast quality wasn’t as we are used to on the first day but next day was better . The room we were given has no hand soap but we were given it after we requested one . They were having some work done and it was very noisy . Again they asked the workers to stop once we called . Overall it is a good hotel and great service just few inconveniences this time . We will go back again . Our child loves it.

My brother couldn’t get a travel visa in time for mainland China so we decided to come to Hainan to take advantage of its 30-day free visa that includes 59 countries. We chose Haikou because we were looking for both a city and beach experience. Initially we only booked for two nights for three bedrooms, including this sea view room for my elderly parents. We did not know there would be construction at the front lobby. However, my mother was so happy with the sea view she insisted we stay the whole week here despite the trouble of getting around the construction. 服务：态度友善、很愿意配合行动不方便的老年家、前台小姑娘小弟弟自己开电瓶车送我妈妈到街尾的餐厅。 设施：construction at the front lobby was a bit of a pain to walk around for my elderly parents but the hotel staff were very accommodating and helped my mother. The decor is nice and modern. My mother loves it. The rooms are nice and wide. However the typhoon rain seeped into my brothers room a bit. The water pipe in the shower area is a bit shallow so it’s not that convenient to have long showers, though I suspect it’s not just a problem at this hotel. It might be for the whole fishing village. 卫生：nice and clean. 环境：this is one of the last remaining fishing village that is just opening up to tourists. So there aren’t many restaurants nearby but the hotel recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops are all very quaint and have a nice human touch. Overall an unexpected and wonderful experience for my family despite the typhoon rain. Thanks to the hotel staff for their warm welcoming, we will be back again!

I would say it's a top hotel. The condition of the room and the kindness of the staff were absolutely superb. In particular, the staff named Erin treated us warmly like a family. If you feel unwell during your stay here, don't hesitate to go to the front desk and ask for help. They will be glad to help you.

The hotel is very big, but the room is hard to find. I would like to thank the front desk manager Xian for upgrading the room. The space is large and the view is wide. The hotel is two or three minutes away from the beach. I took a walk to the beach in the afternoon and returned to the hotel's swimming pool to swim in the evening. Relax, and the fatigue of the whole day disappeared. This hotel has become one of my alternative hotels for business trips [Sun][Sun][Sun]

Some lights are not turning off there is no switch for those lights. When went to sleep I had to shut down my electricity because some lights never go off. Service was fine. No one of them can speak English. Hotel was old.

The stay was very comfortable. It was very close to Xixiu Beach, just a 10-minute walk away. There was also a place to wash your feet with fresh water at the entrance of the hotel, which was very considerate! The service was also very good. After a day of playing, my pants were dirty and I was too lazy to wash them. The auntie was willing to help wash and dry them. Good reviews! There are not many places to eat around, so you have to take a taxi to go to places farther away, but the takeaways are quite complete, and it is very convenient to deliver them to the upstairs by robots

The hotel room only available at 5pm+ when we check in, so we have to wait for awhile at the lobby together with the welcome drink. Breakfast is just average even there are many choices. Pools are superb as there are 2 location with onsen pool as well. However, there is no private beach as thus one have to cross the road opposite the hotel to the beach. Concierge, lobby and room service staff are accomodating. Location is ok as there is a big shopping mall (yuanda) which didi is convenient.
