We are very satisfied with the hotel. Xiao Pang's service is especially nice. He arranged the room romantically according to our request. The gym is fully equipped and the glass decoration makes it seem like outdoors. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It's wonderful to relax here during leisure time. When we arrived, the colleague on the first floor, noticing there were many of us, helped send our luggage to the room after check-in. It was very considerate. This is a happy stop. Although this journey has come to an end for the moment, see you next time.

The location is good - there a multiple malls around it. The hotel is very clean and the lighting is great. Room feels new and very comfortable although the room feels a tad too warm for the Singaporean me. Hotel staff are approachable and polite but lacking in the usual enthusiasm and sweet smiles expected of 5-star hotels. Swimming pool hours starts a lot lot later than expected & the in-hotel SPA fees - although upfront - are exorbitant.

CCurlygirl_travelsFirst off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. Thank you for the lovely stay and happy New year! 🐍

GGuest UserThis was a short ride from airport. The “free” ride from airport to hotel was a joke. It took forever to figure out how to contact the driver (you definitely need a Chinese SIM card or ability to make calls) . Also nobody (driver, front desk etc) speak English. The drive to hotel isn’t far. We were behind one family in line so it took about 20 mins wait to check in. We arrived at 2am but had to catch a 7.30am flight so had little rest. Still glad we checked in. Shower and bed good. Unfortunately, the 5am shuttle was “fully booked”by the time we check in so we had to pay for our own ride back to the airport, even though the ride was supposed to be included for free. The next shuttle was one hour later (only one shuttle per hour!!) so too late for us. No big deal as it cost only a few usd but it was a hassle getting a didi and our driver’s car was stuck because the gantry wouldn’t open to let us leave the parking lot. The corridor were not temperature controlled so we were sweating like mad pushing our luggage’s through the long hallways to get to our room. If you aren’t in a hurry like us this is ok…

LLeanne KetGreat for a quick stay! We got in late to Haikou and wanted a convenient hotel close to the airport for the night. This place was a short, easy walk with many signs directing you exactly where to go. The check out time is also 2:00 which is so nice! This allowed us to have lunch at the food court and see some of the shops before our train to the southern part of Hainan a bit later in the afternoon. The room is very comfortable and large with a huge bed. I would definitely stay here again.

If I want to recommend a hotel in Haikou that combines beautiful scenery and delicious food with the most design and cost-effective first-line sea view and green park, it must be the Royal Madrid Yacht Resort Hotel! The coastal fitness track is connected to the Wanlv Park, a thousand-acre Internet celebrity check-in holy place, and you can soak in the hot springs after running. It's comfortable! ! ! The morning tea and seafood feast of Holiday Yipin, the best high-end restaurant in Hainan, let me taste it again and again... Pictures speak louder than words! The patient, meticulous and thoughtful service of Ms. Zhong Huifang at the front desk made me feel what it means to feel at home...

The hotel corridors are filled with various exhibits: artillery, kerosene lamps, kettles, porcelain, shells, ships, etc. The whole hotel has a great a**osphere. You can study while living. There are large shopping malls nearby. It is close to the museum and library, and the transportation is convenient.

AAnonymous UserOn the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

DDongdong111The price-performance ratio is super high, it dropped my jaw. We checked in at the end of April, probably because it was the off-season before the long holiday. A sea view room including breakfast is only over 300, why would you want a bicycle! The room is big, the view is great, it is very quiet at night, there are no noisy neighbors, and the room has no odor and the drainage is unobstructed. The decoration is just a little old. The most recommended thing is the hotel's own hot spring and swimming pool. Just these two items can entertain you for a whole day. I didn't even have interest in going to the beach outside. This standard 50-meter swimming pool has a constant temperature and automatic circulation. The only drawback is that when there are classes in the swimming pool in the morning, you need to say hello before entering. Finally, I strongly recommend the fish spa pool, which is also my motivation to write a review. If anyone has skin diseases on their feet, it is definitely a good idea to come here. We guarantee that they will be cleaned up for you. The only downside is that the breakfast has too few varieties, the hotel's TV is not very good, and the decoration is too old, but for a five-star hotel that costs 300 per night, you don't ask for too much.
