碰巧雨天結果山上卻是下成了大雪！雖然上山有些阻礙，但好在司機大叔經驗豐富，安全抵達！每位服務員都親切接待～等辦理入住的時候還帶着娃去庭院看雪～不錯的入住體驗！

訂了2024.2.5日到箱根的箱根湯之花王子大酒店住宿一晚，酒店在山頂上，地址位置優越，可以欣賞到山下看不到美景。這天正好遇到難得一遇的大雪，整個箱根的交通陷入了癱瘓狀態，使得我們無法正常到達酒店，於是馬上聯繫了攜程的客服，這裏要非常感謝攜程的小禾妹妹，急我所急，聯繫代理讓酒店派車到強羅站來接駁我們，雖然等了2小時，但是在突然的大雪不可抗力情況下能做到這點已經非常好了，這裏我要感謝攜程完善的售後服務，同時也要謝謝酒店的工作人員，能夠在這種極端天氣的情況下安排好到店的每一位客人！酒店非常的乾淨，整個環境很安靜，那種日式的庭院風格，有種讓人遠離喧囂，獨處一片凈地的感覺，特別是在大雪過後，猶如一片童話世界，景色美不勝收。退房後酒店有專門的巴士接駁客人前往小田原西口很方便的，如果 有下一次的行程，我還是會選擇這家老牌酒店。

年始にゆっくり過ごすために箱根湯の花プリンスホテルを利用させて頂きました。家族での旅行で部屋の予約や部屋割り、食事など予約当初からホテルの方とメールでやり取りさせて頂いて、大変助かりました。日本は、部屋の人数が厳密に決めていて、それ以上の人数だと部屋を増やさないといけない風習があり、予約取るときに困っていました。米国は、当日人数が増えても1部屋の値段のため、いつもスムーズに宿泊とか出来るので日本もそうして欲しいくらい。子どもたちには初めてホテルの料理を堪能してもらおうと大人と同じメニューで予約しましたが、当日子どもが食べられないため、対応して頂き良かったです。
今年は、良いお正月を過ごせて家族一同大変喜んでくれて良かったです。また家族で利用したいと思いました。

在山上的獨立酒店，邊上是高爾夫球場，最好是有車到達。環境非常優美，傍晚到達時有中文的服務生溝通無障礙，已經為我們準備好了入住的房卡，比較貼心。定的是榻榻米角落房，很寬敞舒適。温泉挺舒服，早上5-10點，下午1點-凌晨1點，可以隨時泡澡。晚餐和早餐都提前安排了座位，精緻料理味道還可以，不過得建議酒店一定得更換使用的筷子，一次性的筷子質量不好，毛躁扎手，不好用。

地圖上看着很大，其實是高爾夫球場大，酒店本身花園不大，狹長的兩條，温泉室內室外各一個，住這裏要順時針從蘆之湖開始玩方便，去小田原和蘆之湖的班車一天就一班
