Stayed here to watch my son play hockey at the local hockey club. Easy access to frankfurt Airport and city. Plenty of nice cafes in hanau too. Room was clean and well equipped as was bathroom. Enjoyed the small but functional gym room too Breakfast had a good selection of quality items, replenished frequently throughout service. Staff attentive and friendly Perhaps a coffee machine in room would be a nice touch!

Good day ladies and gentlemen I was guest at Hotel Plaza in Hanau from 11 - 13 November 2022. I would like to inform you that the hotel does not meet the safety requirements. The reason for this is as follows, in the later night (00:30) I couldn't be in my room since the key no longer worked. We have tried to call the staff (with the emergency call of the police and firefighters) several times (the telephone was off without success). The reception was not occupied all night. There is a second emergency number that one in the lift is invalid and the others are turned off at the reception. In this case it is irresponsible that a hotel with more than 100 beds has no poster has the service. The police called me at 03:10 and told me they found someone who can help me. I ask you to publish this review on your hotel portal so that guests do not have to take unnecessary risks because a hotel chain with savings is jeopardising the safety of the hotel guests. The whole incident is recorded at the police in Hanau. Friendly greeting guest

The downstairs dining area is open for breakfast, and had good offerings to start the day. There was also a vending machine with cold alcohol if you desired that. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern and new furnishings. Staff was also extremely friendly at all times. Would return again!

Stayed here to watch my son play hockey at the local hockey club. Easy access to frankfurt Airport and city. Plenty of nice cafes in hanau too. Room was clean and well equipped as was bathroom. Enjoyed the small but functional gym room too Breakfast had a good selection of quality items, replenished frequently throughout service. Staff attentive and friendly Perhaps a coffee machine in room would be a nice touch!

Multi-storied hotel located in the outer region of Hanau. The hotel is on a quieter street away from the city center, which was nice. The downstairs dining area is open for breakfast, and had good offerings to start the day. There was also a vending machine with cold alcohol if you desired that. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern and new furnishings. Staff was also extremely friendly at all times. Would return again!

Good day ladies and gentlemen I was guest at Hotel Plaza in Hanau from 11 - 13 November 2022. I would like to inform you that the hotel does not meet the safety requirements. The reason for this is as follows, in the later night (00:30) I couldn't be in my room since the key no longer worked. We have tried to call the staff (with the emergency call of the police and firefighters) several times (the telephone was off without success). The reception was not occupied all night. There is a second emergency number that one in the lift is invalid and the others are turned off at the reception. In this case it is irresponsible that a hotel with more than 100 beds has no poster has the service. The police called me at 03:10 and told me they found someone who can help me. I ask you to publish this review on your hotel portal so that guests do not have to take unnecessary risks because a hotel chain with savings is jeopardising the safety of the hotel guests. The whole incident is recorded at the police in Hanau. Friendly greeting guest
