I went on business trip, The location is fabulous within two minutes walking distance of famous west lake. They have moderate installations, free breakfast, it is quiet, has convenient stores and pics nearby for a drink. Actually I will come back when possible.

很舒適的環境和服務，讓我和小夥伴的杭州之旅非常舒心愜意，住的好對旅行來説真的太重要了。位置離蘇堤很近，步行三分鐘差不多就能到西湖。一樓大門很有特色，佈置温馨，真心推薦🥰

挺好的，位置很棒，在西湖景區裏面，去哪兒都挺方便。房間意外的很大，不擁擠，老闆還貼心的給提前check in了哈哈哈 並且沒補差價呢！卡包第一天就丟在了大廳，老闆給收拾的妥妥帖帖等我去找哈哈哈哈 挺好挺好，下次還來
體格小意見：吹風機換個大點功率的就好了……

圖片和實際嚴重不符，房間很小而且一股黴味不通風，晚上很吵，已經溝通了要安靜房間實際還很吵，關鍵是床單地板衞生都很差，價格很貴，服務員還可以，

客觀的説 服務很不錯，有問題都耐心解決。但是房間問題很多
1 浴室牆上一大坨頭髮 看到後驚呆了 太噁心了
因為這個還做了噩夢…
2 牙刷不停的掉毛質量差；電吹風壞了 一打開聲音完全還原了電鋸驚魂！看來好久沒用了；毛巾桿沒掛好都垂下來了
3 我那個床靠不到床頭 一直擔心枕頭會掉下去 也害怕窗下有東西
總結，設計過時了，設備也比較陳舊，屋裡用色暗顯得臟兮兮的，衞生也確實一般。服務很好但是環境暗沉品質不好！絕對不會再來

湖畔雅居酒店服務不錯 進出門都有自動打招呼 挺友善 酒店的環境也挺好的 整個入住過程愉快且放心房間的佈局很是簡約，各類設施也齊全，他們家還有羨慕的咖啡可以喝超讚一切都挺好的 期待下次入住

停車方便 入住很快 入住首選 主打的是服務 前台服務非常熱情 耐心服務好的沒話説 前台哪個帥氣小哥哥小姐姐 非常好 很好説話 不錯的 設施設備都挺不錯的 蠻好的 酒店外面有樹還有停車場 前台有免費的可以借用的傘
