Amazing service, view, food, room and location. Will definitely visit again.

It was an ok place to stay. It didn’t live up to my expectations. The room was cold and the roof was leaking a little. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially during winter. The service was good though.

The host was really welcoming. He waited for my arrival at 12.30am and was very helpful with the luggage and explaining the accomodation. The accomodation was really clean and had all the amenities you would need. 5 stars and I'll definitely be back!

Great place to make a home base in Hangzhou. We stayed for a long weekend. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient with a cafe with lots of good drinks downstairs The service was the best quality of this hotel. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, they gave us a free afternoon tea pot. When my boyfriend wasn’t feeling well, they provided cold medicine right from the front desk for us! The location is good for going to Westlake on foot or bike - it’s nestled in the hills and very serene. However the neighborhood seems like a new tourism area and it’s not equipped for all the taxi and DiDi traffic it gets. There were lots of traffic jams caused by people driving the wrong way down the one way, or too narrow streets. The room was comfortable with lots of special amenities. We liked the heated floors, bathtub, remote curtains, and waterfall shower.

Location is great. The service staff are young and energetic. They are polite, attentive and kind. The room layout and interior are very impressive. We enjoy the sunset view from our balcony. We will definitely come back.

A small like family type hotel located on a small hill. Very nice view especially from the room I stayed. Can see the mountains, sunset, etc. Service is good. Staffs are very warm, especially the manager, a very sweet girl Ah Wen (阿雯）。

Located near the zoo, it is convenient to the West Lake. The B&B is built on the hillside, facing the distant mountains, with good views. There are several B&Bs nearby, restaurants, and cafes. The service is quite good. On the morning of the second day of check-in, the cold water was cut off because the water pump was broken (hot water was available), and the waiter took the initiative to send us two drinks and ice cream.

The owner of the homestay is warm and thoughtful, providing thoughtful services, such as detailed instructions before check-in, travel suggestions, etc., making people feel at home!

It was a very enjoyable experience. The air in the mountains was very good. It was also very close to Lingyin Temple. It was very comfortable to sit there quietly. The food was also very delicious. The service was very good. All the brothers and sisters were very very gentle and very good. I will come again if I have the chance.

The room was very clean. There is a large bathtub where you can take a comfortable bath every day after walking around the West Lake. It's very quiet and you don't have to worry about noise like some B&Bs. The public area is very comfortable and the check-in is first-class. My daughter also took some beautiful photos. The complimentary afternoon tea is delicious, especially the old white tea. Another thing that really hit my mark: the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrush are all very easy to use. This is the first time I have used a disposable soft-bristled toothbrush, and it is as comfortable as the ones I usually buy. The summary is a recommendation. I will stay here next time I come to Hangzhou.
