體驗非常差，衞生不好，杯子沒洗乾淨還有口紅印和茶漬，沒敢用，地板是開裂發黴的，角角落落都是灰塵，衣櫃也沒有，隔音也非常的差，完全不值這個錢，看着像是改造原來的如家酒店，總之非常不好的一次體驗。大家看照片吧，真的講的都是事實，全季酒店太坑爹了……

房間乾淨整潔，服務態度也很好！下午我們火車站坐地鐵一號線直接到鳳起路，走一節就到了！入住的，離武林夜市還是比較近的，我們帶着孩子騎小黃車大概10分鐘左右，離西湖騎共享單車也算近！性價比很高！晚上吃飯鹹了還多給了兩瓶水！很不錯！

住的減壓房，隔音效果很不好，早上會被門外正常音量吵醒。浴室把手上有雙眼皮貼（我和我朋友都不用）其他都挺滿意的。前台服務人員很熱情，環境地段房間大小也都挺好的，除了隔音和浴室之外沒什麼不好的，整體而言下次還會再來

酒店的地理位置非常的好，附近有很多好玩的景點，出行也非常方便。設施也很不錯，外賣可以用小機器人送到房間。房間也非常乾淨整潔。酒店周邊的環境也很好，服務人員非常熱情周到。

地理位置還可以，離地鐵站步行大約5分鐘就有，去一些景點打車距離也不算遠，房間比較老舊，地板牆面有明顯的破損痕跡，洗手枱很很很很小，衞生間的衞生比較一般了，有些許小蟲🐛，

從來沒住過如此之差的全季，可以用噁心來形容了。洗手間還有蟲。酒店敷衍了事不處理沒有任何道歉和賠償。避雷吧不然會住的非常難受 出行都影響心情！
