Overall stay was good. The cleaning ladies were friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There are no lifts in the hotel so we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs on our own - not the most convenient in this aspect if you are travelling with elderly or young kids. Location was good - walking distance to West Lake and there's a whole stretch of eateries and a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Very helpful staff. I had difficulty with Alipay for taxi fare. But male staff really stepped up to help. I left my jacket behind but they kept it for me 😀.

As always, the family room of Home Inn is the first choice for travel. The hotel is very conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to the West Lake, and there is a restaurant downstairs. The service is also excellent and very thoughtful. The only shortcoming is that some hardware facilities lag behind the service. First, the rooms facing the street are still a bit noisy and difficult to fall asleep. Second, the gap between the door of the room is too large. Someone smokes in the corridor at night, and the smell directly enters the room. Third, the gap between the door of the bathroom is too large, and the room service should be very hard. But all the service staff are very thoughtful and I will come again next time.

The pillow has been used for too long and has become flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. The service staff responded well. When asking customers for travel information, they would ask customers if they had checked the information themselves before answering whether the answer was correct!

The hotel is only ten minutes away from the Broken Bridge of West Lake. It is nice to take a walk there after dinner. The waiters are friendly and there are too many restaurants around the hotel with good prices. It's just that the hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no elevator, which is a bit inconvenient.
