明明 ，小魏特別熱情 ，很不錯的一家酒店，早餐好吃，出門就是地鐵站，交通太方便了，下次公司出差還會選這家的，給他們都服務大大的點贊👍

5/1-5/3入住，5/1當晚入住就發現沒有空調，電話至前台溝通，送了一台風扇到房間，但半夜小孩熱的睡不着，一夜沒有睡好。第二天晚上18:00左右同行朋友先去投訴，我們吃完飯再一起過去，問今晚是否空調正常使用？並要求賠償，當時值班經理説，去申請，我們要求21:30之前給予答覆。22:30我們一行四人去他們茶社溝通，換了一個值班經理，也不告知她叫什麼，什麼職位，無法溝通後，她突然説報警，就打了110。值班經理給的第一個方案：説今晚空調肯定是沒有的，因為物業把空調關了，他們沒有鑰匙，給我們旁邊全季開一晚讓我們住，（房費她自己來付）第二個方案：可以退一晚房費，但要我們現在馬上離開酒店。這個是一個酒店值班經理給客人的解決方案？？？第三方案：我們同行所以房費打7折。我也給攜程打電話投訴，但是當時警方在場，所以衹能現在協商。5/3凌晨00:35還是沒有結果，警察走了，值班經理説，反正衹能7折，我們就回房間了。這期間攜程客服一直電話和我溝通的，5/3、5/4攜程投訴客服也一直再和我溝通，最後是攜程自己賠付的一晚房費，該酒店不做任何賠償，理由是，同行朋友代表我們五家人已得到了賠償，覺得這個好笑嘛，酒店沒有問過當事人，就這樣處理了，而且朋友退房時，我也在場，根本沒有什麼代表所有人做出決定。這個酒店的工作人員根本不符合酒店工作要求。

5月1日當天入住該酒店，進房間後就發現地毯很臟，桌面有浮灰，聯繫前台後，來了一位服務員，一邊打掃一邊説，這房間2.3天沒住人了，是這樣的，全程沒有任何錶示歉意的話語
因房間空調温度打不下來，半夜1點不得不聯繫前台，前台説空調因為前一天下雨導致不靈光，沒有任何解決的辦法或者致以歉意
酒店早餐牛奶機是壞的，跟服務員反應，服務員説拿叉子捅一下就好了……
下午6點跟酒店交涉，希望能溝通解決此事，然而酒店值班經理説話顛三倒四，更搞笑的事，交涉到晚上22點，值班經理提出讓我們去隔壁全季酒店開房間，完全顛覆了我們對這家希爾頓酒店值班經理的認知。最後值班經理當著警察的麪承認房間空調沒有開啟，到晚上11點值班經理又反悔説房間買不掉了，不同意退房費換全季酒店的説法，全程都是出爾反爾，很受氣的一家酒店，千萬不要入住這家酒店

該酒店的值班經理服務態度十分惡劣。酒店晚上沒有空調，十分悶熱。第一天晚上投訴後，第二天還是沒有解決空調事情。冰箱也是壞的。導致食物全部變質。協商解決還能反悔。顛三倒四。酒店咖啡機也是沒有人維護，渣渣沒有清理不能正常使用，吧枱牛奶壺也是開關壞的。讓服務員幫忙弄也是服務態度很差，説我的工資就這些，這個就這樣。還好攜程平台幫助我解決的問題。這家酒店給了我非常深刻的一次體驗。
