We always sleep here when we come to Hangzhou. The rooms are pretty and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is perfect.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to Hangzhou. Location is awesome, 24hr convenient store downstairs, a Subway restaurant, a KFC, close to Fengqi metro station, and close to West Lake. Rooms are clean, linen is clean, hotel is really awesome!

I booked an executive twin room for two days on Ctrip in advance, but the hotel arranged it on the 11th floor. The room was small. I confirmed with the hotel many times, and the hotel lobby said it was an executive room, not a standard room. However, the guest room floor arrangement in the hotel elevator clearly stated that the 16th floor was an executive room. If the hotel has a meeting and cannot arrange it, they can negotiate with us. Don't fool customers like this.
