酒店城堡設計，歐式風格，首先是保安服務很貼心，前台服務人員態度和藹可，房間乾淨整潔，早餐送房間，服務周到！餐廳的服務人員態度也很棒，菜品量多，味道不錯，價格親民，打算下次帶朋友來玩。偶遇團建，看到了美麗的煙花綻放，非常開心的一次度假！祝酒店生意興隆！

當天是晚上入住的沒看到外觀 住房間比我想象中的好 但是也要小 整體感覺還行吧 早餐很一般很一般 白天看外觀還是很童話的 拍照也很好看 元旦當天能訂到房也是覺得很可以了

有停車場，還是很方便的。
假期適合帶孩子來遊玩，城堡不是特別大，但小朋友還是很喜歡的。可以從門口逛到最裡麪，靜靜欣賞，很適合拍照。裏面有馬車，小火車，小金魚等。
早餐是自助餐，選擇的類型還是有不少的，拌麪，餛飩，粥，小蛋糕，雞蛋，小包子饅頭等，水果等。

剛進入酒店感覺好夢幻啊，像走進了歐洲一般，我們是來看孩子的，之前在其他校區，第一次來城堡校區，來的太早了，開個房間休息一下，酒店前台的服務真的很好，親切、熱情、房間空調製熱也很快的，房間衞生很乾凈，設施設備還是比較新的，不像是裝修很久的酒店，房間還有免費的飲料、咖啡機，可以在房間自己做一杯熱咖啡喝，中午我們去萬達吃了午飯，酒店位置優越，打車很方便。
