The services is exceptional !! The staff are friendly and go over and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and the environment is so peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a weekend to relax and enjoy nature. I will definitely be going back.

Situated within the bamboo forest, it is calm and peaceful. Rooftop pool with seating areas. Staff are incredibly helpful, contactable via WeChat. They meet you at the bamboo path car park and take you up to the hotel. Breakfast is lovely (western) and dinner is set meals. Can also order local take out and staff will collect from the car park on your behalf. Would definitely stay again.

幽靜雅緻，隱藏在竹林深處的灰瓦白牆錯落有致，整面的落地窗，窗外是蒼天古樹，非常美好的酒店，漫步在竹林裏溪水潺潺，太喜歡了。管家小劉服務也非常周到。

對管家服務，以及工作人員的服務態度極其滿意。比起西湖市區的熱鬧繁華，我更愛這裏的避世感與舒適感。感謝管家的細心服務，下次有機會來杭州，一定會再來這家酒店。推薦給來度假，和帶着孩子的朋友。

酒店房間乾淨整潔，衞浴設施和用品都很好，就是房間休閑區域空間不大，還有就是燈光調控不理想。酒店周邊環境很好，這個時節過來滿眼的綠，非常養眼。早餐品種還可以，燕麥粥不錯，片川不是很勁道，住店客人咖啡，飲料可免費品嚐，下午茶浪漫又甜美。酒店服務很到位，管家小劉服務細緻耐心。
