Just in front of the subway. Near to the shopping mall, park and other interesting places. The place is clean and confortable.

6星好評，這個是多出來的，40平米的房子，能用的衹有20不到，問商家説有公攤，這公攤關我什麼事。要我來承擔，隔音差，層高矮，衞生不乾淨，房間很小很擠，床業很硬，衞生間更是一言難盡。

非常乾淨和衞生！而且隔音效果也很好！房子也很新！裏面設備齊全！有洗衣機 微波爐 還可以自己做飯 ！性價比超高！下次來還會再住的！！！而且旁邊一點就是萬達 很方便！離地鐵站也很近，就在旁邊！

衞生：不知道是不是有一段時間沒人入住了，沒穿襪子在房間裏走了一下，腳底板都是灰或者是沙。毛巾應該也沒有定期更換新的，丟洗衣機洗了一次還是這一塊那一塊的污漬。管理者應該沒進行不定期檢查。
環境：外部環境還行，裏面環境是那種公寓分兩層，隔音效果一般。
設施：廁所沖水能力很一般，衹是小便都沖不太乾淨。其他的設備有洗衣機燒水壺風筒之類的，常規公寓式配備的設備。
服務：一開始服務態度還行吧，但是對於客户的需求有點愛理不理的感覺。
一是，讓拿點東西，讓我自己在房間裏找（我並沒有找到，但她態度不好我也懶得再找她要了）；
二是，似乎不太清楚客户住了幾天，有一天還在睡覺的時候突然有人按了密碼鎖就進來了，很嚇人。

很好。客服很專業，提早聯繫了商家，還發我一份入住指南，特別貼心。最滿意的是他們家的設施很齊全。小配件啥都有。另外床上用品特別乾淨。全是白色，住着很放心。

房間很乾凈，是個公寓，裏面設施齊全，住的很舒心，長期住的話比酒店還划算，還可以自己燒飯，有微波爐，電磁爐啥的，真好，晚上還能看看外面夜景
