酒店在山頂，風景特別好 需要跟着導航走，晚上到了後前台很熱情指引 也安排了滿意的房間 衞生也不錯 有免費的咖啡 早餐午飯都很好 價格我覺得很OK 好評，下次還來 ～

雷迪森莊園是雷迪森旗下的高端系列，多年前路過西湖龍井雷迪森莊園和普陀山雷迪森莊園就覺得選址和園林都很合我的心意，種下了試一試他家的種子。這次春節大年夜由於父母年事已高，無法長途旅行，而且因為之前天南海北的玩，眼界頗高，於是我精心挑選了龍年春節期間的年夜飯和酒店，策劃了這趟上海周邊小眾休閑遊。應該説這家瓶窯雷迪森莊園的硬件不是我住過的最好的，但前台周小姐的管家服務是我住過的國內外酒店中最貼心和熱情的。酒店一如既往的選址優秀，在杭州餘杭區窯山公園內，山上俯瞰全城煙火，蜿蜒的盤山道並不太長，既保證了幽靜的氛圍，又適合長者家不太適合走長路的情況；酒店內即使在春節期間依然熱情而豐富的活動讓人感受到春節的歡樂，寫福字，漢服拍照，茶百戲，贈送的下午茶甚至因為時間原因沒有享受，不過想想在煙霧繚繞的水吧裏品茶聊天觀景就是很愜意了；看到我們家有長者，給升級了一樓帶庭院的雙床房，爸爸很喜歡在院子裏坐着搖椅喝茶曬太陽，順便説酒店提供的白茶是我喝過酒店內蠻好的，即使五六星酒店內的茶包多數很垃圾；早餐和酒店內的餐飲都是種類頗多，品質不錯的，在這個春節各種套餐中是算相當可口的了；附近國家版本館杭州館，良渚博物院，良渚遺址公園，徑山寺都是很不錯的休閑文化遊的地方，這裏特別感謝管家周小姐提供的徑山寺攻略訊息，不然在這個大年初一燒頭道香的洶湧人潮中，我們可能連寺門都進不去，在下山的免費中巴里，有人説從下午一點排隊到四點才坐上上山車進得寺門，而我們卻是沒排隊，從徑山古道觀景爬山進寺的。

服務：東，南，兩個可以通向景區門銷住，客人要從大門繞道700多米才能到景區！
環境：周邊環境視覺不舒服，酒店沒有成為景色，有點……

攜程上的優惠套餐，提前預訂了房間和晚餐 。網上看了小紅書，酒店被稱為杭州的琉璃光院，有點小期待的。可是期待越多，失望也越多。酒店在一片住宅區的山頂上。到酒店，既沒人管你停車，也沒人幫忙提行李，更別指望倒茶水送毛巾，總之算是個自助酒店。入住辦理時，可能是交接不清，還是再問了餐的選項。給了門卡，服務人員送到房門口，除了路過小童樂園外，沒有任何酒店設施和服務內容的介紹。房間比較新，私密性也還好。問題來了，1.既然家庭房，一般配置易耗品二大一小，可房裡衹放了雙人的配置，小童配置被完全忽略了，而且沐浴套裝也衹放了單人份。2莊園地處山上，自然生物比較多，床頭上方牆面醒目的爬着一條黑色不明生物，不大，但足矣讓女客人心驚膽跳，好吧，自助處理消殺。3.房門的隔音是個大問題。4.至於夜床服務，就不指望了。 關於餐飲，感受如下，酒店食材新鮮，早餐堪比五星酒店，甜點有馬卡龍，餛飩很棒，服務人員，廚師，餐廳經理都很棒。總評，這樣的小規模體量的山莊酒店，建議還是有管家服務比較好。

幸運星就是我！清明到店，前台豪氣升級了庭院房～近期打卡的杭州周邊這家真的算特別棒了！可玩性高，整個酒店到處都是日式園林紅楓，雖然不大也能做到一步一景了！給我們升級的房間很大，門口有玻璃觀景台，晚上我們還出去看了會夜景～門口有熱氣騰騰的水中休閑吧，第二天好多家庭就在外面聚餐，下午茶，有長桌圓桌，坐着看看山下風景就很棒，超級適合親子～下面來説説房間，房間日式原木風，傢俱都是胡桃木的，庭院房還有浴缸，我們反正在院子裏愜意睡了個午覺，躺躺看風景絕佳！後來發現旁邊兩間也在院子裏躺着哈哈～因為太舒服了，發發呆才是度假呀！最後，酒店下山5分鐘就到瓶窯老街了，但是好多店沒開，我們來的路上佛系打卡了天目裏大屋頂，曉書屋過來就10多分鐘，第二天去了良渚公園還有水杉林，愉快度了個假～再次感謝前台貼心服務噢，直接送我們到房間口，媲美安麓的管家貼心了！

這次五一勞動節的快樂是杭州瓶窯雷迪森莊園給的。在這樣的節日裏酒店給升級了房間，為結婚紀念日安排了紅酒和蛋糕，精緻的歡迎水果和睡前甜品，真的是驚喜連連，早餐也比較精緻適合中國人的胃，因此又續訂了一晚。酒店在山上，空氣非常清新，也很安靜，整體環境很舒適。酒店的服務絕對配的上五星的服務，這裏要特別表揚前台小張和大堂經理小王和九兒，還有餐廳經理，真的有賓至如歸的感覺，下次來還會選擇這裏，同樣也會推薦給朋友。

五一之前來休閑放鬆的，賓館坐落在山頂，空氣特別清新。賓館旁邊一條小路下去步行5、6分鐘就是瓶窯古鎮。去良渚遺址公園，良渚博物館和版本博物館，玉鳥集打車都很方便。
再説説服務，現在都流行管家服務，很負責，而且還給我每天特別提供了果盤。唯一的是餐廳吃飯需提前點餐，單人套餐品種少了，再多設計一、二個就完美了

選着平日出行，天公作美，雖然有點悶熱，但還好未有下雨。前台貼心的給升級房間，房間很大，（衹是淋浴室和房間敞開式未有門遮擋），設計有點尷尬～～酒店後面有個小院子，周圍窯山綠木成蔭，出門左轉步道可直接去瓶窯古鎮，地理位置絕佳，早餐也不錯，整體愉快的旅程！
