Amazing amenity, great location next to Xixi wetland park. Enjoy swimming at the outdoor pool. Beware of mosquitos since the hotel is next to the wetland and small ponds.

Newly renovated and Nice located in the Xixi park, very friendly staff! Would come back, especially in the summer time with the small park incl outdoor pool 😀

在西溪濕地裏，環境確實太好了，隨便走走都舒服，距離龍舌嘴入口超近，西溪濕地玩的很好
餐廳好吃，就是上菜慢，送了伴手禮，紅酒，還有雞尾酒，甜湯，服務很好
唯一就是房間一般，雙卧套房和攜程圖上完全不一樣，兩個封閉的房間，很憋屈，早知道訂親子房了…

五一期間親子休閑遊，因為帶寵物，選了他們寵物友好酒店～酒店在西溪濕地裡頭，環境不錯，服務也很周到，送了雞尾酒、果盤，還送了旅拍，直覺影像攝影師茶茶很nice，照片拍得很滿意～

首先，一進酒店環境還是不錯的，前台的小哥哥對小朋友很温柔，服務很好，但是一進房間滿滿的廉價感，衞生很差，地板上很臟，小朋友玩具掉到沙發底下了，低頭一看簡直太臟了，隔音更是非常非常的差，半夜2：00開始不知道是不是隔壁的房間，嗷嗷嗷的聲音，和在自己的房間説話一樣，上樓梯的聲音都聽得很清楚，馬上退房時發現桌子上竟然備了耳塞😨😨😨然後夜裡外面不知道什麼機器嗡嗡的響，一直持續到凌晨5：00，如果不是帶着小朋友，連夜就跑了。

房間不錯，酒店環境很好，小巧別緻，下着小雨非常舒服。
但送的旅拍沒用上，訂單寫了提前2小時預約，但是預約了被告知旅拍公司沒時間，要提前一天預約才行，這點體驗感很差，但寵物友好，不願意給差評。

🔸位置
酒店就在西溪濕地，步行十分鐘就有大型商場印象城，對於我們帶小朋友的相當方便
🔸酒店環境
酒店綠化做得挺好的，每天早上小朋友都會在院子裡奔跑
🔸房間
預訂的是親子套房，也是挺讓人失望的。
房間很多位置都看得出清潔不到位，而且完全不像翻新過，到處都有斑駁的痕跡，對於1千7一晚的價格，確實不太值。甚至有一天是連床舖也沒有整理。
🔸服務
更是令人失望。住了四晚，除了Brayden 的人員服務談得上稱職，其他不管進出都不微笑，不熱情，不打招呼（甚至連check in check out的時候也不打），掛五星確實十分牽強，連行李也沒有主動幫忙，我們2大2小，2個行李箱1個嬰兒推車，似乎裝看不到
