Nice hotel but twice the price of the Palace across and not any real difference. Room was ridiculously hot, even when set to 16degrees. And I booked it because it had a pool but it doesn’t open until 10am so no good for a morning swim (in an airport hotel…) I had a free spa voucher but that doesn’t open until 11.30. Breakfast is OK but nothing compared to the other Hyatt hotels in China (just spent a week at the one in Dongguan which I highly recommend). There was no selection of food apart from the basics - which is disappointing for a 25usd breakfast and staff, of which there really were plenty, really just stood around as they didn’t really have anything of interest to cook. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

If it’s one of the best hotels in the area, I’m scared for the area itself. First of all, I called the hotel once I’ve landed, asking them to pick me up. The dialog was painful, as hotel stuff speaks little English and this guy put translator into my ear, however since I couldn’t provide them with my phone number or wechat (I was using esim, no number), we couldn’t agree on pick up and it was easier for me to call a local taxi and just get there by myself. The fastest way to get here from an airport is to use a highway, that comes with a tall, that I had to pay. Not sure whether I was scammed, but it happened.
So the hotel had nice interior but they allow to smoke inside, so it smells like cigarettes everywhere, including the breakfast area, lobby, your room and the shower of your room too (I asked for non-smoking room). The room itself is clean, but busted, I had a cracked mirror and the furniture overall saw better days. As per breakfast, it’s various indeed, but all the labels come in Chinese and it’s hard to guess what you’re eating + they don’t have neither tea, nor coffee. I asked a lady for coffee at the breakfast and she brought me an instant one from somewhere, which is very nice of her, but not what I wanted. The last part is that I was the only white girl in the hotel that morning and Chinese men were staring and trying to approach me, which was really uncomfortable for me, which I didn’t expect to happen in Raddison, and partly my main choice for this hotel specifically. I would look for another place next time, not worth it.

Booked this hotel as it is near airport with free airport shuttle. Reception counter is share lobby with Holiday Inn. A bit confused when arived. Thought is wrong drop off.Room is clean and spaces but floor is not carpeted. No minibar in the room eventhough it stated in description. There is local fast food under the hotel and tea shop just at the back.Surrounding is under construction for up coming mall. Short walk to metro line7 about 10min. Good to have free self service laundry with free detergent .Small gym. Only down side is WiFi and TV signal. Poor reception...hang on and off otherwise quite a pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in terms of value for money and overall quality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process, the modern and clean design of the lobby, and the warm, welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities a traveler could need. I checked into this hotel the night before I had to catch an early flight the next day. The hotel offers free airport and Yongsheng Road subway station shuttle services. I called the front desk at Yongsheng Road subway station Exit E and the shuttle came to pick me up 10 minutes later. The shuttle service for the next day was every hour and it departed on time, and I arrived at the terminal in less than 20 minutes. The hotel is positioned as an economy hotel with complete facilities, good hygiene and service. Although it is close to the road, the surrounding area is still quite clean at night.

I have been staying for more than a month and there is no discount, but they are still fussing about it. I feel that the layout of the hotel is really small. I asked the front desk before and they said that it only costs 100 yuan a day to stay for a month. Logically, you are not losing money. There is not much difference between a twin room and a king room. I really don't understand why you are so fussy. Shouldn't you have a little bit of pattern when doing business? As a fresh graduate, can there be discounts for renting a room? It doesn't leave a good impression on me. I don't want to stay for a long time.

This is a hotel brand that I like very much. I booked this hotel without hesitation when I came to Hangzhou this time. Hhappy61I wanted to come here last year, but never had the chance. So I decided to celebrate my birthday here this year. The hotel's exterior environment is nice, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. Fortunately, the service is online, and every staff member is very enthusiastic and polite. This makes all the shortcomings seem insignificant. I would like to give special thanks to the front desk Jojo and the butler Benson. During my stay, they answered all my questions, replied to messages in seconds, and helped solve problems in time. They also decorated the room and gave me cakes and squirrels. Thank you!

GGuest UserThis time I went to Lingyin Temple, so I booked this hotel next door. It is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Only one family opposite the door will pass by the door, so it is very quiet. The hotel service is also very good, especially the housekeeper Junjun. Tea and cakes were given when I checked in, and hot drinks, eye masks, earplugs, etc. were also given at night, which is really good news for people with insomnia. At the end, they also gave a small ornament and a box of cakes ~ Not bad!

UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk.
The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

In the morning, as you open the window, the fresh air, infused with the lake’s vibrant essence, rushes in, bringing a sense of tranquility and delight. The room is well-equipped with complete facilities. Special thanks to our butler, Xue Chen, for proactively assisting us in handling our lost items. GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually.
