We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

In some hotels I find it very difficult to write a good/fair review. This is the case. The hotel is not bad in principle. It is conveniently located near the train station, but in an autonomous area, right next to a strip club and surrounded by really ugly construction sins from the 1970s and 1980s. The (business) rooms are OK, but in awful dark red and a little uncomfortable furnished. Bad has come in the years. There are partly three-sticks around the bed for electricity supply. Everything was in principle clean. Breakfast was OK, even though there is quite little choice. It is quickly filled and the lady was very nice. Overall OK for one night, but somehow the Funk has not passed over with me.

For me, milk, coffee, juice, ham, eggs and slices of bread are ok. It is only a five minute walk to the center of Hanover. Very close to the train station, there are many snack shops in the train station, as well as dm and shopping malls. I bought a little thing and ate a popular ice cream. Not bad.

I recommend people to join miles program once they reach hotel. After registering, they can get free train/bus card for their stay. I feel that staff is good and responding. However, sometimes too much shortage of manning causes some issue of discomfort. Also had one incident where towel were smelly.

Very nice welcome. we didn’t have the green environment card for our car, and the staff organised one for us within one hour. Nice and clean room, between the old town and the big city forest. 15 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes walk to the forest. We had a very nice stay.
