There are many comfortable hotels, but here I felt well from the first second. Single rooms are rarely attractive, but in this hotel it is beautiful. Breed bed with extra-long bed cover, refrigerator, coffee corner, many warm light sources, safe. All in covered, calming colours. The bathroom has a large shower with decent water pressure. Rooms are relatively small, but not at all tight. The restaurant offers a small selection of food. Breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. All staff are consistently friendly and very attentive. I also liked the situation.

We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

The hotel faces the street, the location is superior, there are many restaurants, shopping malls and so on around. There is no parking lot. The front desk staff of the hotel will suggest where to park. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. During the epidemic, breakfast is not a buffet, it is relatively simple to be delivered to the table by the service staff

In some hotels I find it very difficult to write a good/fair review. This is the case. The hotel is not bad in principle. It is conveniently located near the train station, but in an autonomous area, right next to a strip club and surrounded by really ugly construction sins from the 1970s and 1980s. The (business) rooms are OK, but in awful dark red and a little uncomfortable furnished. Bad has come in the years. There are partly three-sticks around the bed for electricity supply. Everything was in principle clean. Breakfast was OK, even though there is quite little choice. It is quickly filled and the lady was very nice. Overall OK for one night, but somehow the Funk has not passed over with me.

My room was tastefully decorated. The window faced out onto a courtyard, so not much of a view but it meant that it was very quiet despite the hotel's central location. The bed was comfortable and the shower gives a coloured light show + musical accompaniment(!) Breakfast is served from 6.30 and the pastries are delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Hauptbahnhof and to Kropke tube station, so whether you want to explore locally or further afield you are in the perfect location. My flight did not leave until late but I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel upon check out and collect it later.

Unfortunately not really recommend. Personal is friendly, but that was then also. Setting up constantly occupied reception, but make it daily at another time. On one day at 22, the next at 21 on Sunday at 20. Depending on your favorite. This is then the bar is closed. In my case, the room card wasn't for two days, why then the evening someone had to come to reprogramme the room. It is naturally nervous if you have to wait for the room after work for more than half an hour before you can get in. It is also to mention the proximity to the well-frequent railways. The hotel is right on the railways and the first two nights you are very often waking when a freight train is over again. Room are in order but very small.

During recent storms, Deutsche Bahn rerouted and cancelled my train which left me stranded in Hannover unexpectedly. I quickly booked the first Marriott property I could find on the app because I needed a last minute room guaranteed late at night. When I arrived at checkin, Inga Zarzycki welcomed me after a long and frustrating day of travel. She answered all of my questions, and even provided me a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite because of my Platinum status. I was also informed that I had the minibar and breakfast included and could choose between a welcome gift or bonus points. The suite itself was beautiful! It felt like a small apar**ent. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was also great, with a big tub. I am 6’4” so it was a nice surprise to be able to soak in the tub after a terrible travel day. The following morning after a hearty breakfast, I spoke with Olga Schmidt at the front desk and explained I was going to go to the train station and try to get home to Berlin, but that I might need to extend my stay for another night. I asked her to hold my room and not send housekeeping, just in case. She kindly agreed. After a terrible experience at the train station, I returned to the hotel disappointed that all trains were cancelled again and I was stranded for another day. Olga welcomed me back with a cappuccino and some candy and suggested I check out the sauna and fitness center to relax. The sauna is beautiful and had a roof top terrace, perfect for cooling off. Shortly after this, I learned that my friend was driving from Berlin to pick me up and take me home, and that I would not need to stay an extra night. When I explained my situation to Olga, she informed me that I could have a VERY late checkout and would not be charged an additional night for the room. This is top notch customer service! She totally understood my situation and made every effort to accommodate my ever changing needs. When I finally went to checkout, I was happy to see Inga again. Olga had already updated her and it was an easy checkout experience. Both Inga and Olga are fantastic representatives of excellent customer service and I truly appreciate their help and consideration during an otherwise stressful travel experience. If I am ever in Hannover again, this will be my first choice of hotel because of the level of service I received.

Breakfast is OK, good. There are fewer supermarkets around. The only problem is that the network feels not particularly good. Sometimes it is stuck. There is also a few nights 11.30 around the hall or laughter, a little affecting sleep, but this is a small problem.

I have stayed here regularly visiting family since 2007 and it’s still my favorite place to stay in Hannover. I usually try to book the „apartment standard plus“ with a separate sleeping area. Since it is on the fourth floor it can get pretty hot up there in the summer since there is no AC. The location is convenient not far from the tram stop, breakfast buffet is very good (minus the fact that there is no decaf coffee), it is very clean and there are laundry facilities (for a charge). What more do you need? Would definitely recommend, especially for longer stays.
