Reyna Hotel Hanoi & Spa Reviews

It was quite disappointing there was a stain in the bathroom that wouldn't clean off, but overall, the room had a modern atmosphere, quiet to stay. The hotel is in Mỹ Đình area so it is far from tourism place in Hanoi, but good for Koreans who like to eat in Korean town.

Near Korea street and lot of Korea food, noce~

The location is great. Right by the side of a big street so it was easier for GRAB drivers to find. Also makes it easier for the taxi to stop for us to unload the bags in the trunk. The boys at the lobby are very helpful and kind. Spontaneously helps the guests with their luggage

Size of room is large and clean, but location is a bit far from everything. more suited for business travelller

The hotel is in good location. The employees were kind. But they don't have any flexible way of treating their guests taking night flights.

Very clean. Located along many eateries and cafe. Good and attentive service by the staffs. Huge bed.

It is located close to Korean town and very convinient to transfer to other place and All staffs are very kind.

This was our first time booking this hotel. Staff + service was impeccable and our needs was attended promptly. The hotel breakfast was sub-par, room is comfortable and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience and we would love to be back again soon!
