the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

I don't feel super luxurious, I can't find a socket for mobile phone charging, so I can go to the toilet to charge (it seems to be the only socket in this super deluxe room). The street is too close, the traffic is a bit noisy, it coincides with the road being built, and the sound of the frame at night disturbs people to sleep. The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided. The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable. A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
