The hygiene is so bad, there are drunks knocking on the door in the middle of the night and scaring to death

真不知道哪來的那麼多好評！從網上查的看評價不錯才選的這家店，結果進屋才發現沒有毛巾冼嗽備品，發現床單枕頭上都有頭髮找前台要求重新換一下床品，結果前台給我拿了一套床單被罩告訴我房嫂下班了自己換上吧！我説可以退房嗎？前台告訴我網上定的不可以退！還有一點是房間一點不隔音！網上圖片和現狀嚴重不符！這是我遇到的實際情況僅供參考
