Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks.You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were kind and supportive, making the experience even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all essential amenities, including a washing machine and dryer (free). The location was perfect, right in the heart of Zhongyang Street.

It's very clean and spacious. The room is fully equipped. The heating is sufficient and there are large windows. The airport pick-up service is also very good and timely. The staff is also very patient. Overall, it is a good experience

Found it difficult to find the place but that was my fault of not being able to read the address and figure out I need to go to 14 floor. The hotel was excellent. Excellent facilities, great location, great views, very clean. I would rate it better than some of the 4 star places I stayed at. Will definitely stay here when I come next time.

The hotel is not big and looks old. I went there based on the good reviews, and found that it is really nice inside. It is right next to Central Street. The lady at the front desk is warm and polite. The hotel is quiet and has a fragrance, a light tea scent, which smells good. The facilities are complete and spacious. They also gave us small gifts such as milk and red sausage sandwiches, which is very thoughtful.

The hotel was newly renovated last year. It has a superior location and is convenient for travel. It is very convenient to go to Central Street on the left and to the Hagia Sophia on the right. Therefore, the price is not cheap. Because there is a family room, which just meets our requirements, we booked it here. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the girl is very patient. You can also have a cup of milk tea and hot coffee in the lobby. At first, it was a cozy family room. There was only one chair and a bedside table for three people, which was not very reasonable. There was no place to put things, and we couldn't sit for a while. In the next two days, we were upgraded to a deluxe family room for free. The room has a balcony and is very spacious. Overall, I am still very satisfied. I hope that the hair in the sewer will be cleaned during cleaning, otherwise it will be difficult to drain.

Small doorway and up steps to the entrance of the hotel. 3 lifts servicing 30 floors so when checking out allow time if on the lower floors as inevitably the lift is full on the way down. So grateful for heated floor tiles 😊 The young ladies at reception are helpful, lovely and full of smiles. No refrigerator but in January in Harbin who needs one? Put the cola on the window sill lol.
