Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

The lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the room has heating, and the hygiene is average. Breakfast has too few varieties and nothing to eat. It's about a 10-minute drive from Taiping International Airport, and the pick-up and drop-off is relatively timely.

We stayed overnight as our flight was early in the morning. The check-in and out went smoothly and quickly. The soundproofing could be improved. In the morning, the hotel provided van took us to the airport. We would probably stay again here.

The room was clean and very good value for money. It was missing a stool and had some issues with soundproofing, but it was fine for a one-night stay. Since I had to get up early anyway, the soundproofing didn't really matter. The front desk staff was very friendly and there was a wake-up call in the morning to remind me to board the bus. The driver was very enthusiastic and sincere, and he helped with luggage throughout the entire pick-up and drop-off process.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to the airport. It is very convenient to take an early flight. There is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. It only takes two or three minutes to drive from the hotel to the airport, and it may take 10 minutes if you walk. There is only a shuttle bus to the airport on the hour in the morning in winter. However, the hotel's facilities do need to be updated and maintained. It feels relatively old, but overall I am satisfied.

A good clean hotel , but it is better to take rooms as large as possible , comfortable bed with clean white . A good restaurant with delicious food on the first floor , and there is a small shop where you can buy food , drinks and fruit . Transfer free from airport , but you need to call the hotel and phone number , which was indicated when booking was wrong , well we helped the guy at the airport and found the hotel name and called . The hotel is very welcome people on the respiratory .

The hotel provides a free airport transfer service “to” and “from” the hotel. Even though we didn’t have internet connection, the staff was able to pick us up at the right time and the overall process was smooth. Thanks a lot for helping to arrange this. P.S. We requested for the airport transfer service before the trip through WeChat. The staff doesn’t speak English so please be prepared to communicate in Chinese.

This is an airport hotel, located within 7 mins of the airport. They provide a shuttle to the airport and we booked a family type room that was no smoking. Local food/snacks were provided and very early breakfast for people who leave very early.

Very satisfied, and also sent a thoughtful gift package. The main reason was that my invoice was wrong. I contacted the hotel and quickly helped me solve it. The gift delivery master was very good and sent us to the airport accurately.

This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in Harbin to date. The hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service, and the two drivers (one for the morning shift and one for the evening) were both incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean. As a newly opened establishment, it boasts modern amenities like smart Xiaodu assistants and food delivery robots. I wasn't aware that breakfast service ended at 8:30 AM and arrived a bit late, finding that all the food had already been cleared away. However, the kind gentleman overseeing the breakfast area went out of his way to bring everything back out for me to choose from. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. This is a very clean and thoughtful hotel, and I highly recommend it!
