The room amenities were new and well-maintained. The location was excellent, conveniently close to the subway station and practically right next to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The staff were incredibly warm and provided exceptional service, even upgrading our room. The front desk was always helpful, answering all our questions and responding quickly. Our room offered a magnificent panoramic view of the majestic Songhua River, which was truly refreshing, with the Harbin skyline and Sun Island clearly visible. It was genuinely an unforgettable stay.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!

Excellent customer services provided by the hotel team especially the manager Eric who assisted us for more than beyond during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the hot spring facilities and services in the hotel, but not the private bathtub in our room. Wish the customer staff in the front desk or belt boys should have known or are being trained well about the daily schedule of airport shuttle bus. Anyway, we had a memorable experience of indoor and outdoor hot springs and great time during our 3-day stay!

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

The stunning view from the first floor offered a panoramic view of the polar bears' daily lives – swimming, munching on ice, and relaxing – a truly heartwarming and adorable sight. The room's family-friendly amenities were exceptional, including a children's toilet seat and footstool, perfectly addressing the needs of families with young children. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were clean and safe, and the humidifier and formaldehyde remover ensured comfort even in the dry northern winter. The hotel's public facilities were equally impressive. The glass-floored restaurant was incredibly creative; you could look down and see the polar bears playing and eating, creating a truly magical dining experience. Transportation: Hassle-Free for Drivers, Excellent Accessibility to Attractions As a driver, the hotel's parking service was incredibly convenient! We registered our license plate number a day in advance, and upon arrival, we simply drove into the free dedicated parking lot – no further communication required. Located within the Polar Park, the hotel is right next to various venues, saving you the hassle of traveling. It's also conveniently located a 15-minute drive from attractions like Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it easy to explore and find food. Cleanliness: Spotless Cleanliness for a Safe Stay The hotel's cleanliness far exceeded expectations. The rooms were neatly arranged and free of any unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and clean, and the bathroom, desks, and every corner were spotless. The floors and chairs in public areas were also kept impeccably clean, even the children's play area and interactive areas were spotless, giving families with children a very comfortable stay. Environment: Immersive Polar Atmosphere with Abundant Interactive Experiences The entire hotel is immersed in a wonderful polar-themed atmosphere. The lobby features an underwater bear-viewing tunnel, and polar bear elements are everywhere, adding a touch of whimsy. The daily interactive activities are full of surprises. In the morning, penguins ”operate” in the lobby, their waddling antics captivating children's attention. The afternoon welcome gifts are generous, offering close interaction with lizards and craft activities for families, strengthening parent-child bonds and providing unique experiences. Staying here feels like being in a polar amusement park, where adults and children alike can find enjoyment. Finally, I can leave the kids entirely to Dad! Haha! Service: Warm and thoughtful, sincerity evident in the details The hotel's service was consistently warm and welcoming. Staff proactively coordinated with us regarding license plate registration, ensuring efficient and considerate communication. During check-in, they provided detailed information on the best times for bear watching and the activity schedule, and offered assistance to families with children. The dining options were also thoughtful, with a diverse selection of Western and Chinese breakfasts to satisfy different tastes, and complimentary porridge for dinner – a comforting and heartwarming touch. We even received a small gift upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making for an excellent experience.

這次哈爾濱之行選對了住處！希岸酒店的”寵愛式服務”真的名不虛傳，從進門那一刻就被狠狠温暖到——有專人主動幫忙提行李，還遞來熱毛巾和特色花茶，前台小姐姐一口一個”女神”的稱呼，瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。住店期間想延遲退房，跟前台溝通後很爽快就答應了，細節裏全是貼心。房間不僅乾淨整潔，設施還很智能，床墊也格外舒服，每晚都睡得特別香。 酒店的地理位置更是加分項，步行3分鐘就能到地鐵2號線，不管是去中央大街還是太陽島都很方便。最驚喜的是去師大夜市超順路，晚上溜達着就能感受煙火氣。夜市裡藏着太多美味：外皮酥脆的宮廷香酥牛肉餅排着長隊，一定要趁熱咬開；新疆火焰山烤包子像個小雞腿，麪包裹着羊肉碎末香氣撲鼻；10元5串的油包肝子性價比超高，口感鮮嫩還護目。來自台灣的蚵仔煎，口感滑嫩。逛累了喝瓶秋林格瓦斯，麪包發酵的獨特風味特別解膩，配上香嫩的烤豬尾，堪稱完美搭配。 服務貼心、出行便利，還能輕鬆解鎖夜市美食，這家希岸酒店絕對是哈爾濱旅行的首選，下次來還住這！

Very spacious room, clean and neat Staff are all very helpful and attentive Location wise, it can be good and bad... It is easily access to Sun Island and city center either by MRT or DiDi... The only downside is that there are not many eateries nearby so most of the time we are ordering food delivery to the hotel

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and was spacious. They provided watermelon and dragon fruit slices. The front desk lady was very helpful. I wanted to order sticky spicy hot pot takeout but didn't know how to order. The lady was very enthusiastic and recommended several places. They were all delicious. Erbin is really delicious. I wanted to extend my stay on my last day, and the lady was very enthusiastic and quickly arranged it. I'll be back next time 👍🏻
