I lost my bracelet in the room. The guest room contacted me promptly and couriered it to me. It was a perfect experience. PS: In order to confirm that this is a real experience, I would like to make two suggestions: 1. The humidifier was not full of water when you checked in. It ran out of water in the middle of the night. It is recommended that you fill it with water before using it for other guests. 2. It took a long time to clean up the guest room. I was notified that something was missing in the guest room until I was almost in the city. There should be 20 minutes of notification before check-out. This needs to be improved. But the overall experience is perfect.
