The hotel is great, very close to Swinburne University of Technology, 5 minutes walk. The favorite is the fully equipped kitchen in the room, especially suitable for Chinese people who don't like western food very much. You can buy your own ingredients to cook. The lady at the front desk is very beautiful, and the attitude is very enthusiastic. Yes, she will settle in when she has the chance.

It can be flatter and good. It proves once again that there are not many people, the car is small and convenient, the road is free, and it is close to the city and has convenient transportation. The environment is good and you can walk by the river. The hotel is of high quality.

pretty annoyed to have to lodge $50 deposit” in case i break any thing or take anything” does that include soap??? Had to wait for the person to come to the office - sign said back in 5 minutes but noone turned up - there were 2 people waiting - a phone call and finally turned up to register.
If you are going to charge a deposit it should be on the booking site - not a surprise when you arrive. Won't go there again

Great place to stay my only negative comment would be that the outdoor areas could be cleaner as in the balconies also a few things were not working such the phone and some of the power sockets. Other than that great stay!
