入住全季，才知道都屬於華住會，之前在蘭州住過美居，覺得美居比全季從環境到設施更舒適一些。合肥的全居，地理位置不錯，酒店2020年5月新開，設施配備齊全，從茶具到洗漱用品都不錯。吹風機略差一些。酒店的服務不錯，幫忙升級的房型和贈送的早餐。酒店是出行人流動的家，多一點愛護，酒店的設施會保持的更好一些。

環境不太滿意也不能怪酒店，剛好遇上樓下別家裝修，前台説了抱歉但也沒辦法。我們本訂了四天房，實在受不了裝修的噪音衹住了兩晚就換酒店了。還有大堂門外的台階，能不能加個斜坡？來客大多帶行李吧，簡單加個斜面方便進出大家都開心。
前台態度很好，看得出經過培訓。值夜班和早班的大叔也很親切友善，是一位可以讓酒店加分的好員工。

因為鄧紫棋的演唱會，本來是想訂在合肥奧體中心，結果房價水漲船高。改訂了四牌樓的全季，客服小美女服務超級好。環境也很不錯，最主要交通方便，出門不多遠就是城隍廟，城隍廟對面的六必居的麪條很好吃，邊上的芙蓉蛋卷也相當靈個。還有還有海英的拌涼皮。離地鐵站也就幾分鐘。因為演唱會，地鐵還延時了，合肥太給力了。

房間很大，設施也很完備，住宿體驗好，房間朝南下午太陽超級好房間很暖和都不用開空調，打掃人員還幫我把扔了一床的衣服收了一下，住宿體驗很好！
