One of the rooms only had very hot water for the shower, which scalded my companion. It took a long time to fix the shower water. My companion asked the waiter to change the room but got no response. He just kept saying ”please forgive me”. We had to go to another room to take a shower. After about 10:30 pm, the noise from the hotel's entertainment city was very loud, which lasted for several hours."
