Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline racist, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki.

I wish I could give 6 stars. 5 for the hotel which was the nicest in all of Helsinki. Central location in a beautiful building retrofitted for the hotel. Of course squeaky clean and modern tech galore. I see thoughtful small touches like fade-in/out lights, quality bedding, sound proofed windows etc at every corner. The extra star for working with me on an error I made during booking process without any fuss. Staff at front desk was very welcoming and professional as well. I really don’t have anything to even nit pick… I guess the standard room was not large by any standards but had high ceilings so it doesn’t feel cramped. And that’s it, can’t recommend more and believe the near 5 star rating by everyone.

Very good location just right opposite the central Helsinki train station . Remember to use the front door entrance as the back door is not open for access The lounge staffs are nice and the room is new , the layout of some corner standard room might seems a bit tight with an odd space that placed the tv but the deluxe room is all good Love the service provided by the bar lounge staff will definitely recommend this to everyone

Great Hotel! Excellent location, comfy room, wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Nothing bad that I can think of at all!

The staff is helpful to show around the rooms available. The room is very new and modern. The furniture are high quality. Breakfast has enough choices and taste good.

The staff are very friendly. Everything is good. The only problem is that there are several steps in main entrance and there is no ramp that is clearly visible at the main entrance. Hence, it is difficult to carry luggage into the building.

The main entrance is a bit hard to find. But the location is pretty good, very close to the station and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel service is also adequate and the waiters are very kind and friendly. The hotel's big bed is very soft and comfortable. There is a coffee machine in the room which can be used. The bathtub was also large and comfortable.

Opposite the central station for easy walking around It's just that the floor is a bit circuitous There are two elevators in different rooms on the same floor The mattress is comfortable and easy to sleep on Everything else is generally very good and new

It was a very clean, luxurious and satisfying hotel.

The entrance is difficult to find. You can use the navigation to go through the shopping mall directly opposite the train station. However, if you take the side road, the wheels of the suitcase will make noise and it will be difficult to drag. The hotel is newly renovated and has the smell of a new hotel. The design is very good. However, none of the windows could be opened. I asked the front desk for safety reasons. I personally don't particularly like this. But everything else is fine. The hotel bathroom is also very big.

Everything was excellent, friendly staff, good and modern facilities, excellent breakfast with lots of choice right up to the end. Rooms were clean and tidy, with modern furnishings.
