"Set 4 rooms, Ctrip to book, and then order to the hotel, after several twists and turns, the name of the place is confusing, and the time to fill out the order is not the same, very affecting the occupancy experience"
"Love the room! Best room by far of any other hotel stay and the Netflix on the smart T.V.s was a lifesaver for my kids to be able to watch whatever they wanted. My favorite hotel of all in Richmond, Va!"
"The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, and the facilities are very good. However, there are few breakfast options, and the breakfast time is 6:00-9:00, so the end time is a bit early."

Staff very well coming and helpful.
Near so many restaurants and shopping center.
Strongly recommend Hilton garden Richmond."
"The location of the hotel is very good, also newly renovated, very quiet. The beds are also very comfortable, suitable for family outings. There are many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, all within ten minutes of driving distance, which is very cost-effective."

"The hotel is very good, the room is big but not quiet, the service staff is friendly, and you feel at home. The breakfast is simple and filling. There is a steak house within a 15-minute walk. I didn't have time to go out, but the surrounding environment looks good."

Very Good
GGuest UserWe had a bad Airbnb experience and needed a reliable, comfortable place to stay for the night. This hotel is at a Golf Course and it is very beautiful!! We got a great price but I chose 1 King instead of 2 Queens on accident. They we're super happy and kindly changed the room at no cost to us.
When we got to our room, a sticker was over our door showing that the room had been cleaned and no one had entered. The beds were huge, plush and very clean. I slept like a baby. The room was very clean, too and the A/C was pumping out the cool air. The room was clean, quiet and cool. We enjoyed it very much!
GGuest UserOnly stayed one night and there was a large group there.
This large group took over the whole place.
In the TV area where the lounge was filled with loud adults and kids.
We headed to our room about 8:30 that evening after going out to have a quieter time.
The kids were knocking on the door as they were running up and down the hall way, yes, the parents didn't stop them.
I thought surely this will calm down by 12 midnight.
Well I was wrong, this when on until 3:09AM in the hallway people running talking while going up and down the hallway. Then the groups out side in front of the hotel talking loud..
It was so loud you thought it was in the room. We left the TV on to see if that helped, it didn't.
The front desk should have done something to stop this behavior.
I was a paying guest also.
Very disappointed.
I told the young guy who checked me out and he said they had had trouble with them all week.
So I had to pay $ 200.00 to stay there and not sleep. The front desk should have stopped the group from disturbing the other guest.
I was very upset and very tried there next morning.
I all I got was I am sorry, they are leaving today.
GGuest UserHotel a bit dated. Been dealing with an issue receiving my deposit back due to a hold that is placed at check in on my card. Nice balconies available
GGuest UserThe hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to food and shops perfect for a short visit. For the price and the room I think you get a great deal especially in the surrounding area, stayed in the one bedroom king suite which is setup like a cozy one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, dining bar, living room area, bathroom outside of the bedroom and the bedroom with king bed. Room was clean and setup was as pictured only complaints are the elevators are broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the phones in room don’t work, and there is no service attendant to bring you extra towels or linen you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Staff was pleasant, check in was seamless and so is check out would stay again
VVince CattanoRoom was clean, staff was friendly.
Unfortunately a few little glitches with facility. The TV remote didn't have batteries, and we were grateful they brought them right away.
However, the TV ended up not working, as they couldn't get signal. Even with staffer checking the system, we were unable to get any service.
And, although they offer free coffee in the AM...they had no cups. We were told the cups were on order, and if we had our own cup, we could get coffee.
VVince CattanoCustomer service was good. This is a 2 star hotel so no big expectations. Room was clean, bathroom was a little run down and there was some mold in the shower. ”breakfast” was a let down with just a few pre-packaged selections to go.
GGuest UserIt’s very funky, but the service is good. This place is literally for construction workers and truck drivers who are taking a break or something. But it’s a decent price and has whatever you need. Best to upgrade to the suite with the couch. You don’t want to be stuck in that little room.
