"Very well located hotel, close to the airport with large free parking. The family room is large, but the bathroom is narrow for 4. Comfortable bedding. Easy and simple check-in at the terminal outside reception hours (especially for a late arrival). Breakfast with good products, but nothing more. We will probably come back for a future stay."

"Stopped here for 1 night before departure from Basel Airport. The hotel looks interesting. The room is cozy, fresh and clean, fully equipped. There is a coffee machine, capsules, tea bags, bottle of drinking water. It was nice to get a treat from the hotel - a couple of biscuits, very delicious! It is a bit unusual that the shower is not in a separate room, it is separated from the sleeping area by the wall. In the morning, the hotel provided a transfer to the airport without extra charge."

"I understand that this is a backpacker's hotel for an overnight stay, so I expect that the hotel will be near the highway and understand that I need to walk on the dark road for about 1km to get there, but at least, they need to let the guest enter the lobby first. I arrived at the hotel at around midnight, the receptionist was away, nobody was at the desk and the work was outsourced to somebody working remotely with the intercom at the front of the building. The hotel implemented a new checking system using a check-in machine, which will need a code in the confirmation email. However, the code was nowhere to be found wherever in the trip.com app or the confirmation email of mine. More frustratingly, the reception clerk had a very strong French accent in his English, so we couldn't understand each other clearly. In the end, a kind gentleman went down smoking and helped me communicate with them in French, solving my issue. If he wasn't there, I would probably have got locked outside for the night. This is unbelievable. This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm writing to tell other international tourists to stay away from this place, if you can't solve these issues like me."

"A hotel with a kitchen.. There were plenty of towels and a refrigerator with a fan, which was nice. There was a sink, microwave, and induction to cook food.. There was also a terrace, so the atmosphere was nice. The female employee at the reception during the day was really friendly.. Why was the black old man I saw at night so angry.. If a guest doesn't know something, they should explain it kindly, why did they yell at him? The next day was even more amazing. We rented a car and needed to park for a day, but even though the parking lot was empty, they said there was no place to park and told us to park on the street. On top of that, while we were waiting for the elevator, they came up behind us and started breaking boxes and making a lot of noise. I thought it was racism from the first day, but it really made me feel it~ They say white people discriminate against black people and Asians discriminate against Asians.. This person made me experience it firsthand. I was really angry, but I just let it go because I had someone with me. If it weren't for that old black guy, this review would be 5 stars. I liked it so much that I added an extra night to my stay... But I'm leaving a regretful review because of that old guy."
