"Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot.
Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs."
"I loved this hotel, it was very clean, rooms were big, it was modern. The staff were very helpful and we dined at a few of the restaurants at the hotel and the food was really good. The pool was lovely and relaxing. I would definitely return here if we came back to Hiroshima."

"Conveniently located for the Peace Memorial museum and gardens. Nice hotel, clean and has a laundry which was useful. Nice touch giving coins to spend on treats - the children had fun spending these.
Breakfast was nice but as with all hotels quite expensive, plenty of local options for the more budget conscious.
The streetcar is handy to get to/from the train station and other points of interest."
"I saw the latest hotel introduction in the casa magazine in the afternoon. The small hotel that opened in September is the most attractive is the green house restaurant rebuilt by the pool before 3/f. The GPS phone has not been located yet, but it is easy to find. The design is simple and industrial. The front desk clerk is very good at English, so you have to go across the next street to take pictures of the car. Be careful of making mistakes. Originally, the room we booked was originally only one with a sloping ceiling, but it was gone when we arrived. Maybe they placed the wrong photo in the order, and they changed to another room with a large window. The design is special, but I personally think that the proportion of furniture is a bit large, and the wooden furniture is all hard square corners. It is a bit dangerous for children. The windows of the room are not tightly sealed, and cold wind blows in all night, and because of the loft bed design, the air is adjusted to 27 degrees inside the air and feels very cold, because the warm air only blows to the upper bed and can’t come under, I hope the hotel can improve it. ."

"The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet."

"The rooms are the same as many hotels in Japan, and the sparrows are small and complete. Clean and hygienic is nothing to say. I was very enthusiastic and patient when I went to the front desk to buy the Miyajima Miyajima Pass. When the weather was good, the top of the Red Leaf Valley Park was very beautiful. It is also convenient to walk to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the original blast site next to the hotel."

AAnonymous UserVery affordable hotel that boasts clean and quiet rooms. The rooms were abit small but we knew that beforehand. As with many Japanese hotels, the amenities were top notch with great design thinking. We tried to use the laundry but it always full - there’s a waiting list and no reservation allowed. We went to a coin & wash shop 5 mins away for about the same price. Location wise it’s a 5min walk to the Main Street of streetcars so pretty convenient. 10mins walk to Hondori too.
GGuest UserOverall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!
GGuest UserThis hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had
100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped
and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm
takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again
i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,
GGuest UserWe had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk to both the bullet train station and the tram station. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to Tokyo standards. We had two suitcases, a stroller, and a carry-on bag, and everything fit comfortably in the room. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast with items like muffins, croissants, buns, juice, and coffee, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything they served. We would definitely recommend staying at Nest Hotel Hiroshima Ekimae!
GGuest UserI really liked staying here and will definitely stay again if I’m in Hiroshima!! The dorms are right next door to the check-in area and have a separate entrance. Staff was great. It felt very safe as there is a code to access the room. Bathroom areas were clean, slippers are provided, and the beds are very spacious. It was unclear to me if there were lockers- I didn’t ask because I wasn’t worried about it and there was an area in the room where we all just piled our luggage. There’s a convenience store right across the street, and it’s like a 3 minute walk to the train/bus station- really convenient!! I loved Hiroshima and definitely recommend you take the ferry to Miyajima as well.
CCarter PThis was a fantastic place to stay for Hiroshima. It was clean and the air conditioning kept the room very comfortable. The breakfast was modern Japanese-style, so most people from any culture would probably find something to eat, just not exactly to your liking. The location was perfect. It is very close to Hiroshima station, and also on the side of the station next to the streetcar line (Hiroshima Dentetsu). Highly recommend!
GGuest UserIt was very beautiful. The hotel was also 8 minutes by streetcar from Hiroshima Station to Hatchobori + 2-3 minutes on foot. The streetcars 1, 2, and 6 stop at Hatchobori, so I was able to get on right away without waiting! I could walk to Hiroshima Castle! It was about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Castle to the Atomic Bomb Dome, but I took the bus because it was raining. The bus was late and I got on the Maple bus, which was 230 yen flat rate, a little walk from Hiroshima Castle. I was able to pay for both the streetcar and the bus with Suica!! It was about a 10-minute bus ride from Hiroshima Castle to the Atomic Bomb Dome, and it was easy because it took me right to the Peace Museum when I got off!! On the second day, I went to Miyajima, and I was grateful that the hotel allowed me to leave my suitcase there. When I came back, they were serving afternoon tea, so I went there. It's great that you can relax at the hotel even after checking out. The large communal bath is really small, with 16 showers, about 20 lockers, and 5-6 hairdryers. There was only one hot spring, and there were only foreigners there, so if you want to relax, I recommend the bath in your room. The buffet was crowded when I went there in the morning, so you can either get a numbered ticket and wait there, or you can return to your room and they will call you. I returned to my room, and they called me within 10-15 minutes. The ochazuke at night was delicious. About 80% of the tourists were foreigners, but everyone was quiet and nice.
GGuest UserI am more than happy to write a comment for this capsule hotel, which has been the best one among those I have stayed in. They provide generous amount of amenities and even hair spray. The staff members are welcoming and helpful. Sound isolation is extremely good as you don’t want to hear people snoring. Just a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima station which is acceptable. Just right below the building there is a tram stop for the port to Matsuyama. I hope I have a chance to be staying in this place again!!!
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights. The room was cleaned nicely, and I was very comfortable.
I don't like strong scents, so I was glad that the sheets, towels, and pajamas were unscented. On the other hand, the air freshener with motion sensor in the elevator was a bit strong...
It was a 30-minute walk from Hiroshima Station to the hotel, and the bus stop was nearby, so I took the bus to the station on the way back.
It was about a 20-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome, so if the weather is good, I think it's a great location for sightseeing on foot.
GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at the hotel, and it was very clean. The location is a little far from the downtown area, about 20-30 minutes walk away, but the area around the hotel was quiet and nice. Check-in and check-out were done by machine. There was a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor, so I used it (they didn't have tea or coffee, etc.).
