Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

My stay at k11 artus was phenomenal! The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas that left me in awe. The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice. The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

The located is perfect. Near all kinds of restaurants and shopping areas. Walking distance to the Ocean Terminal and Harbor View. And most importantly, it’s just a few meters walk to the MTR and bus stops. I may say that it is located within the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. But, the room is a bit small. It doesn’t have enough space to move around when you have your suitcase opened on the floor. The bathroom doesn’t have a bath tub.

The hotel's accessibility stands out, with numerous BTS stations in close proximity. Positioned on Minden Avenue, a mere 3-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station's D1 exit (approximately 280 meters), the convenience of reaching various destinations in the city adds to the overall positive experience. During my two-night stay, I took advantage of various discount coupons from Agoda, resulting in a total cost of 8,400 baht. Breaking it down, the average nightly rate comes to about 4,200 baht, excluding breakfast. It's worth noting that prices may vary based on the time of stay and the prevailing tourist season. My visit took place at the end of February 2019. Now, turning our attention to the hotel itself, please pardon the modest size of the review's accompanying pictures, as they were not originally intended for this purpose. A very satisfying stay. The hotel is just 100 meters away from Exit C2 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station! There is a bus at the door and a minibus on the side street, which is super convenient. The most important thing is that the room is very clean. Although it is small, I am very satisfied with the place where every inch of land is valuable. It is relatively clean upon check-in. However, room service does not clean the room at all. They only provide a change of towels, bottles of water, and tissues daily. No change of bedsheets either. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

I booked a double room with a window, a separate bathroom, and two beds. The first day was all wrong, there was no window, just a public toilet, or a bunk bed. I changed a room with me the next day, and there was a small window, and there were a few small cockroaches in the room. I was not satisfied.
