Hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui and Kowloon West, Hong Kong

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

Reception was friendly, hotel is located less than 10mins walk away from mtr, food and convenience stores located nearby. Very basic hotel, no toothbrushes/shavers provided. Stayed on the 20th storey, the aircon was really noisy and warm, pillows were too soft. Not very comfortable.

Prime location near East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and the main shopping district Harbour City, HK Space Museum, Avenue of Stars etc. Highly recommended for families with babies or young kids. Rooms are clean. The chamber maids will check on us mid-day, to ensure that we have sufficient bottled water and amenities. Excellent Service. Check-in and check-out processes were swift.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

Good location near the center and MTR. Upon check in, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room. When I enter to the room, get smoke smell, I ask room for change but staff said will send HK for spray, no room for change. I have to stay in this room for whole period, very disappointed. Not provide drinking water in the room, you can buy at convenient store near by.

This hotel is one of my favorite for the last few years , but since I back the last stay , I noticed many changes and there is a serious need to improve : breakfast ( no healthy options available ) , staff become more rude and need to be trained and educated .

The location is convenient. Walking distance to the subway station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is clean but small for two people. Thx Brian for the top floor harbour view.

The hotel is aging, but it's overall ok. I didn't like that the curtains let in light, even at night. The bathroom sliding doors have gaps, so a lot of light comes out of the bathroom and you can see into the bathroom from the side. The toilets flush is noisy and not efficiently. The AC is a bit noisy but it works ok. To me the room had a slight smell. The location isn't really vert close to the TST East subway station. The service was friendly and responsive to any requests. The room provides 2 cans of water for free everyday.

Hotel is opposite 海员之家 you can see many handsome hot guys through your windows Breakfast is the hk restaurant, but the service there is like, when you present voucher they told you, oh you are alone, why you use 2 vouchers, because I paid for it@@, and they will inform you, breakfast closed already, we are preparing lunch, blablabla, hotel is perfect, they can give you iron and room heater if you feel cold, cleaning everyday, but watch out, the door closing sound is too loud, you may not sleep really well , cause you will hear someone open and close door and u may get shocked

Location is just in front of Tsim sha Tsui MTR exit A, 2mins walk to Victoria harbour where the ferry to Macau (china ferry kowloon) is located and avenue of stars. Accessible wherever u wanna go, 2 stops away from central and mong kok.Surrounded with malls. The mansion is beside thebodyshop store. Lift might be quite slow as the building is old. There are a lot of options for food stalls outside , esp for filipinos, Jollibee is just 2 mins aways. Service is amazing, got free upgrade of room, Mia And Nikki was extremely hospitable and helpful. Room was fully equipped, got free water which is replenished daily, room is small but clean. Most importantly the place is safe! Highly recommend!!!!
