AAlvin K KAll went very well according to our requirements & occasion with in room balloons decoration & champagne done, despite 1 initial hiccup on Airport Arrival Meet & Greet Limousine. Booked Harbour One Plus was upgraded to Harbour Two Corner which not only fit well again into our further requirements but also provided us with 270 degree 2 breathtaking panoramic views of the City, Mountains & Victoria Harbour. It so happened Dragon Boat Race was held 2 days over our stay so further lifted up our holiday mood as our living balcony itself could take in full view of the race. You could keep day dreaming at all the balconies of the living & both rooms. One more item was 2 bathrooms; master ensuite, fit so well for our convenience & privacy again. Matched, if not better, any up market items, facilities, cooking, washing, washing machine & amenities, a hotel stay & a service apartment can do. Excellent links to major Malls, MTR Station, Bus Terminal & Eateries, Harbour Strolling Full stretch paths; right at the door step. Everything so Instagrammable, no wonder scored Global 2025 most Instagrammable Award. Kudos to this excellent stay, no hesitation at all to recommend to any types of travellers' needs. So different from a hotel stay, away from public views & mix, full exclusivity & privacy right from the moment you check in till you check out, if this is important to you!

GGuest UserThe weather in Hong Kong from September 4th to 6th was absolutely perfect, really enhancing our sea-view room experience. I felt incredibly blissful just lying on the hotel sofa in the afternoon, gazing at the sea and daydreaming. The hotel is conveniently located right by two ferry piers, making it super easy to get to North Point and Central. Our room was very well-equipped (a water dispenser was a fantastic touch, so no worries about not having water in the morning!). The service was excellent; as our room wasn't ready punctually upon check-in, they kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast for a day. And a special shout-out to the breakfast – it was incredibly diverse and plentiful, featuring Japanese, Cantonese, and Middle Eastern cuisines. All in all, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth choosing! 👍

AAnonymous UserI stayed on the 22nd floor, everything was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and really nice. AC was good and the water heater was working well. Location was good as well. Don’t think I’ll ever go to Hong Kong again for a trip but if I have to go for business, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff are very helpful and friendly indeed . They are very considerate. Once we arrived at the main door , the staff already came out to assist us to take the wheelchair from the back of taxi . This really impressed us .
The staff in the swimming pool is very helpful too .
The swimming pool is clean and water is good .
Wish and pray that they can continue to work even when the pool is closed for few months
On the whole , we have a pleasant stay and retreat .

LlucasdayI recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely unusable, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the television could not find any channels, leaving me without entertainment. To make matters worse, the sofa in the wardrobe area was not clean; there were still strands of hair on it, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness issues greatly affected my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

CCarsonleThis is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

GGuest UserThe hotel is near to the beach . It is good for family with kids to play and swim at the beach. It is a kids friendly hotel. There are birds and reptiles for kids to take photos and learn about them. The four people room are spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoy seeing the view from the room . It is so relaxing. I like the room which has two bathrooms perfectly convenient for for people. The breakfast is variety and delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There also has theme room to choose. So we all have enjoyed the hotel stay . It is perfect for staycation. Definitely we will be back again.

99966xiangI pre-booked a sea-view suite and even went so far as to email the hotel with detailed explanations and specific requests. However, this hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests! I particularly felt there was a subtle discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. Firstly, they never respond to any online reviews, and secondly, all mainland guests seem to be assigned to lower floors. Despite the hotel having over 400 rooms, and my prior request via email for a high-floor room, the front desk staff completely disregarded my request. They flat-out refused, stating that only rooms on the fifth floor were available. The entire check-in experience was extremely unpleasant.
The bed linens were acceptable, but the in-room amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and towels were of extremely poor quality! Even when I and other guests went to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to purchase disposable toiletries, those were also terrible, low-quality products! It's almost as if they think mainland guests have no money, but these are products we simply wouldn't use! Hong Kong hotels need to seriously reflect on their approach; mainland guests are becoming more discerning and expect higher quality standards.
An honest assessment: The hotel management *must* change its mindset! They can no longer serve mainland guests with such an attitude and outdated thinking. I recall an old promotional advertisement for Hong Kong's service industry starring Andy Lau; to quote a line from it: 'In this day and age, such service simply won't do!'
Note: I haven't uploaded any unflattering photos. I truly hope the hotel management undergoes a fundamental change in their attitude and philosophy.

HHung Ho Yee AnthonyThe hotel is of walking distance from Wong Chuk Hang MTR. The receptionist is polite and allocate a room on 12/F after paying a deposit of hk$2500 for a 5 nights stay( $500/night).
The room is clean but a little noisy due to heavy traffic on the main road.
Check out is quick and I had made use of the luggage storage for an hour or 2 before requesting a taxi ride to my next destination.
