A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Also excellent service!! Food pics from that restaurant😋

Been stayed at this hotel for many times before and it's always as nice as usual. Room was spacious with nice open city view. Everything's clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was clean and literally got everything there! All the staffs were very friendly and helpful! Especially front desk, very patience. Highly recommended, def will come back again!

Location is very convenient, can get to the MTR station in a few mins! There is a mall and restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself is quite unique, it’s got different themes on each floor. Staff is good as well and room service is quite fast. Would defo recommend as the pricing is worth it.

The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt， I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

Environment: 240-degree stunning sea view Facilities: Youth hostels should also update various facilities in a timely manner, such as toilets, showers, and window screens. Hygiene: so-so. If you are too particular, you will feel uncomfortable. Service: Very good. Everyone is very nice. The room is very noisy when it is fully booked on weekends, and the kitchen and restaurant are also very crowded.

Very convenient spot with nice staffs and great decorations. It’s easy to be spotted for the taxi driver and quite impress there are 3 staffs at the check in counter. There is a huge supermarket and outlet across the road. The mattress is exceptional and very comfy.
