Guest UserThis resort had put in a lot of effort in alot of small details and for people who want to rest and rejuvenate this is the best place. 小沈and 小孟had been really helpful! We did a dampness removal massage there together and have one of the best sleep ever. We also tried out the floating sound therapy and they gave us two coupons for the afternoon tea, the tofu pudding was so good. Thank you for the wonderful stay well done and keep it up.

A must stay if you are in the area. Incredibly peaceful scenery with every modern amenity. It is possible, simultaneously, to feel completely secluded in nature, and in bliss at a five star resort.
All of the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The private hot spring bath and pool with the view are priceless.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful retreat from the business of most cities.

Guest UserI booked this hotel for my elderly relatives for the first time, mainly because it's close to the high-speed rail station, which makes it convenient for them to travel. To my surprise, they couldn't stop raving about it when they came back. This time, my family of three booked a family room again. The room layout was sensible, clean, and hygienic. The lobby staff were very welcoming and even proactively turned on the air conditioning in our room before we arrived. The hotel's overall facilities are well-equipped, and they even offer Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experiences. The underground parking is also very convenient. I've saved this hotel to my favorites and plan to book it again next time.

Guest UserIt was quite late when we arrived at Songpin Hotel. After entering our room, we noticed some noise from the courtyard in front. The front desk staff, Xiao Fang, was incredibly enthusiastic and accompanied us to view other rooms. Since there were no other rooms available due to high occupancy, she upgraded our room directly and extended the hot spring hours until 2 AM. When we were about to enjoy the hot spring in our new room, it started raining. Xiao Fang and two other staff members then moved the parasol over the hot spring pool for our convenience. Throughout our stay, Xiao Fang was enthusiastic and actively found solutions for us. Thumbs up to her! Songpin Hotel left us with an excellent impression regarding its environment and service. We will definitely choose Songpin Hotel again next time!

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations! The entire courtyard is massive, nestled against the mountains, offering a tranquil and peaceful retreat. The exterior is charmingly antique, with numerous tea tables where you can chat and enjoy drinks with friends. Inside, the rooms are very modern and stylishly decorated.
I absolutely loved the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling mountain view window in the room. Facing the mist-shrouded green hills, I felt completely at peace, and a sense of calm joy spontaneously arose within me.
The guesthouse's location is excellent. Turn right and walk for five minutes to reach the ancient town behind the mountain, where you can enjoy an evening stroll and experience the local vibe. Turn left, and you'll quickly arrive at the picturesque Wulonggou scenic area.
The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive, answering all my questions and proactively offering many practical travel tips. I've already recommended it to my family and friends, and I look forward to visiting again!

Stayed for two nights. The hotel's location is not far from the front mountain of Mount Qingcheng, and about a 20-minute drive from the Qingcheng Mountain Golf Course, making it quite convenient. This area is essentially a small town with many guesthouses, but this hotel feels like the best one around. Plus, the rooms even have private hot springs! After hiking all day, coming back for a soak in the evening is so relaxing 😪. There's a night market street right in front of the hotel, perfect for an evening stroll and buying some fruit. Also, the hotel's food is so much better than the restaurants outside. On our first day, we went to a seemingly popular restaurant outside and the food was awful. For the rest of our meals, we ate at the hotel. It was clean, hygienic, and most importantly, the taste was fantastic. The chef clearly puts a lot of effort into the cooking, highly recommend! 👍

I had a pleasant stay.
**Double hot spring experience:** Very enjoyable.
**Facilities:** The room types in the hotel generally have all the necessary amenities, but I found them to be just average.
**Hygiene:** Very good.
**Environment:** Absolutely nothing to complain about in this regard.
**Service:** Excellent.
I'm prone to allergies. After soaking in the hot spring for a while, I developed an allergic reaction. I'm not sure if it was an insect bite or something else, but the hotel's handling of the situation was excellent. I took some anti-allergy medication afterward. Regarding breakfast, I think they could add more variety, as I feel that Mount Qingcheng attracts a lot of tourists from out of town.

Guest UserExtremely satisfied! The environment is great, very clean, with no strange odors, and it feels simple yet luxurious. The bathroom has a rain shower and is designed with a wet/dry separation, and the bedding is comfortable. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind. They picked us up from the high-speed rail station and dropped us off there, helped us plan our itinerary, and even booked a car for us to Qingcheng Mountain. We also ordered a pot of chicken soup at the hotel one evening; it felt very healthy and tasted delicious and fresh. Anyone with good taste won't go wrong choosing this place, and the hotel is also very photogenic!

Facilities: The hotel and room facilities are quite old, and the walls are severely waterlogged due to years of rain.
Cleanliness: The hotel is mediocre, with some mosquitoes and insects hanging around corners, and the bedding has a damp smell.
Environment: Sitting on the balcony or in the lobby bar, you can see the lush mountains in the distance. The air is especially fresh after the rain, and the mist is shrouded in clouds, creating a very picturesque atmosphere.
Service: The hotel staff will do their best to provide services upon request, so it's generally acceptable.

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
