The hotel environment is excellent, very quiet, and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. They offer activities like scripture copying, mandala drawing, Baduanjin exercises, and meditation, so you won't get bored even if you stay in.
The cleaning was meticulous, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The concierge team was very professional, responsive, and incredibly warm and thoughtful.
While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it was perfectly sufficient.
The only minor drawback was that the restaurant's dishes could use some improvement in taste. However, the Shangpin Restaurant directly across from the hotel had great ambiance and delicious food, which more than made up for it.
I'll definitely be back.

A must stay if you are in the area. Incredibly peaceful scenery with every modern amenity. It is possible, simultaneously, to feel completely secluded in nature, and in bliss at a five star resort.
All of the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The private hot spring bath and pool with the view are priceless.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful retreat from the business of most cities.

ghtyyLocation: The hotel is near Sunac Land, with moderate distance to major attractions, especially very close to Panda Valley, just a 10-minute taxi ride away.
Environment: A garden-style hotel where mountain and lake views complement each other, with the serene sound of birdsong. The artificial lake has black swans, and in spring, you can see adult swans with their cygnets.
Facilities: The resort grounds are extensive, and the public areas are spacious. The lobby's design is very impressive, and the welcome scent is particularly pleasant.
The privacy is excellent; even when fully booked during the May Day holiday, we rarely encountered other guests on the grounds.
The rooms primarily feature hot springs, each with a private hot spring tub, cleaned and refilled daily for each guest.
The only minor drawback is that the breakfast quality falls short, especially the Western pastries, which don't quite match the overall high standard.
Service: Butler service is provided. The butler contacts guests in advance to send relevant information and注意事项. Our butler, Lori, handled the service perfectly – attentive and thorough, resolving issues without being intrusive. Highly recommend and praise her.
Overall: Very suitable for a vacation, perfect for couples, families with children, or anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations! The entire courtyard is massive, nestled against the mountains, offering a tranquil and peaceful retreat. The exterior is charmingly antique, with numerous tea tables where you can chat and enjoy drinks with friends. Inside, the rooms are very modern and stylishly decorated.
I absolutely loved the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling mountain view window in the room. Facing the mist-shrouded green hills, I felt completely at peace, and a sense of calm joy spontaneously arose within me.
The guesthouse's location is excellent. Turn right and walk for five minutes to reach the ancient town behind the mountain, where you can enjoy an evening stroll and experience the local vibe. Turn left, and you'll quickly arrive at the picturesque Wulonggou scenic area.
The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive, answering all my questions and proactively offering many practical travel tips. I've already recommended it to my family and friends, and I look forward to visiting again!

Stayed for two nights. The hotel's location is not far from the front mountain of Mount Qingcheng, and about a 20-minute drive from the Qingcheng Mountain Golf Course, making it quite convenient. This area is essentially a small town with many guesthouses, but this hotel feels like the best one around. Plus, the rooms even have private hot springs! After hiking all day, coming back for a soak in the evening is so relaxing 😪. There's a night market street right in front of the hotel, perfect for an evening stroll and buying some fruit. Also, the hotel's food is so much better than the restaurants outside. On our first day, we went to a seemingly popular restaurant outside and the food was awful. For the rest of our meals, we ate at the hotel. It was clean, hygienic, and most importantly, the taste was fantastic. The chef clearly puts a lot of effort into the cooking, highly recommend! 👍

Guest UserAfter hiking Mount Qingcheng yesterday, my friend and I stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. Their service attitude was truly excellent. Whether it was the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or any other staff member, everyone greeted us with a smile whenever we encountered them in the hotel. The room facilities and environment were also very good. Waking up in the morning to the sound of rain outside, lying in bed, and looking at the scenery outside the window was incredibly comfortable! The breakfast had a great variety too, with freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles, and even freshly ground coffee. Too bad I forgot to take photos! My friend and I both loved it, and from now on, this will be our go-to place whenever we visit Mount Qingcheng.

Namucuo98I think choosing this place in Qingcheng Mountain was a great decision. The hotel has a fantastic design with a chic, almost Japanese-inspired vibe, especially the second floor. Parking is very convenient, and the Chinese restaurant for dinner was quite good, with enthusiastic waiters and bellhops. They even offered complimentary glutinous rice balls. The room came with free drinks, and although there were slightly fewer hot spring pools open, overall it was excellent. Breakfast was also very pleasant with a good variety of options, and eating it in the courtyard was lovely. They even gave us a souvenir and coffee. All in all, a good experience. The only minor drawbacks were that the Japanese-style room had somewhat high ceilings, the air conditioning wasn't very strong, and the power switch design wasn't ideal. It was also a bit inconvenient needing a staff member to help with luggage upstairs. Overall, I recommend it.

When we arrived at the high-speed rail station, the owner's wife was already at the entrance waiting to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the hotel's design. The room was even more spacious than we imagined, and all the amenities were brand new. The front desk staff provided top-notch service, enthusiastically recommending attractions and even helping us book a taxi to the scenic spots. The hotel also offered a fantastic breakfast spread. This hotel was definitely the most highly recommended stay of our entire Sichuan trip.

Guest UserExtremely satisfied! The environment is great, very clean, with no strange odors, and it feels simple yet luxurious. The bathroom has a rain shower and is designed with a wet/dry separation, and the bedding is comfortable. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind. They picked us up from the high-speed rail station and dropped us off there, helped us plan our itinerary, and even booked a car for us to Qingcheng Mountain. We also ordered a pot of chicken soup at the hotel one evening; it felt very healthy and tasted delicious and fresh. Anyone with good taste won't go wrong choosing this place, and the hotel is also very photogenic!

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
