"The best part by far was that they have dryers!!! As an American living in China I've missed having soft, machine dried clothes. They have a completely free self serve laundry room.
The room was clean and stocked with all necessities and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff were very nice and offered me hot tea and water everytime I was in the lobby.
Its about a 20 minute walk from Huaihua South train station, but other than that the location is unremarkable. Overall I would stay at an Atour hotel in the future."

Facilities: relatively complete, convenient parking, good dining environment, reasonable room functional division, but the power cord of the wall-mounted hair dryer is relatively short, and the warm air is not strong.
Hygiene: The hotel does not do a good job in smoking control, and there is a strong smell of smoke in the elevator.

服務：服務可能是懷化最好的一家了，全程私人管家式服務，從入住開始就無微不至關心，太熱情啦！ 前台服務態度也很好，辦理很快。
還有最貼心的就是接送站服務，司機很帥氣，服務很好，行李從出站到辦完入住進入房間，全程都是服務人員在幫忙拿着。

"The first time I stayed at this hotel, the room was fully equipped, clean and tidy, the decoration style was luxurious, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the reception service was warm, especially the room service Ms. Yuan, polite, greeted people, smiled service, and asked for warmth, which made me feel at home. Not only the location is excellent, ordering takeaways and buying fruits can be delivered quickly; the room is spacious and transparent, the front desk is very enthusiastic to send gifts, I want one more and no rejection. Intimate and completely subverted my expectations for hotels of the same price. The most surprising thing is the intelligent intimate service - scan the code on the table to receive free facial cleanser, face towel, eyebrow pen and other practical supplies, even makeup emergency is considered! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are brand new and clean, the details show the quality, and the experience is far more than some five-star hotels. I really recommend it!

克克 Streets of ShenzhenPerfect getaway experience. From the free pick up from the XuPu South station to the meals in the restaurant, via a 10am check in and hours in the infinity pool overlooking the rice paddies everything was perfect. Spacious, beautiful rooms built and decorated in a traditional Xiangxi style and the grounds are very tastefully laid out. Impeccable service was offered throughout to one unusual customer. Thinking of how to make this a regular weekend escape from Shenzhen. If you’re in Changsha, this is a no brainer.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat location, we got 2 bedrooms with river view, which was beautiful. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. TV was working fine, even found an English speaking channel. The reception staff were very patient and helpful with the topic of registering foreigners and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was the usual, fruit, boiled eggs, other vegetables and soup. Comfortable beds, working air conditioning. Over all a good stay and recommended.

GGuest UserIf I could, I would five more than a 5 stars! The hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and kind, the room was quiet, silent and the bed was very confortable! The breakfast were amazing with asian and ocidental options! But more than that, the hostess and owner Lewis was very helpful with us. He pick us up from the airport, he gave us some city tips, he helped us with the translation and some services we needed to do! Very helpful, friendly and kind! We appreciate all the things he and his staff did for us! I strongly recommend it!

The room is very large, the bedding is very soft and the comfort is just right. The aunt in the room is also very enthusiastic and can help wash the clothes, and the clothes are folded and delivered to the room. The service awareness is great. A highly recommended hotel.

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
