地理位置理想，為香港跨境巴士上落點，多路公交可到，附近有商場超市及很多食肆
雖然是舊式傳統酒店，但設施算足夠，衛生亦令人滿意
前台及房間職員服務專業，也很友善
房租價格實在相宜

大氣時尚，樓層打理清潔，設施新淨，員工友善，大堂職員有禮，內有茶樓及足浴店，地下有添好運，鄰近有不同食肆，晚上叫了鷄煲炭燒生蚝數个小菜，埋單185元不貴。足浴店有正骨，做了按摩，238元，技師老練，性價比高，值得推薦。

交通便利，酒店門口有直達車至深圳蓮塘關口。附近食肆臨立，豐儉由人。退房時間可通融至下午二時，方便乘坐回程班車。

貴酒店雖然舊，但仍清潔，管房服務員十分有禮，交通甚方便，酒店旁有2間酒樓，早午晚餐都好味！如果下次去惠州！仍會訂住金鑾酒店！
