I am sorry to give comment late. I am so thankful for your service, especially for the managers Salam, rose and the other guy I am not well remember exact their names, no matter how so thankful for their service, it's an unforgettable stay there, i am so missing the stay there. sorry I forget the door sir, one a bit tall giving a nice help. I believe they have a promising to be a nice Manger in management. this is my high comment. and the guest relation lady, offering timely service a Russian lady. it's a nice stay here. thank you all. that time when I stayed there, there was only one Chinese family there. thanks you all. it's a life time memory!

It was really good because it was all inclusive

The location is very good but the hygiene is not good. There was a sign asking for cleaning but no one cleaned the bed. The bathroom was very small, the water was very cold, the sheets were yellow and pilled and the mattress was almost broken.

This is the first time I give such a negative review to a hotel! First of all, there is racial discrimination against Chinese people at the front desk. They shouted ***** at me when they saw me. Even though it was an agency room type, after clearly confirming the hotel reservation order number, they left me at the front desk for half an hour while white people checked in; Secondly, the room given to me did not match the reserved room. After I repeatedly emphasized the room problem, I was given the reserved room type. In the end, even when I checked out and stored my luggage, I put my suitcase directly in the lobby and put the white man's luggage in the luggage room. I informed the hotel manager of these things through Ctrip. After watching the surveillance, the hotel manager apologized to me before I left the hotel and hoped for understanding. Therefore, I have protected everyone from lightning. I hope everyone can be safe when going out. If you encounter racial discrimination, you can also shout out and protect your rights and personal safety.

The hotel is good, there is a beach, and the three meals are also good. It is highly recommended.

Entertainment team were fantastic, all events are amazing and very inclusive Thank you for the amazing experience and the staff are brilliant! Would definitely recommend to all families and everyone. Will definitely be back and will tell everyone!

we recommend the resort. we were with our one year old daughter and we were satisfied with everything. Good food and drink. Every day there are different active game and show. I recommend this hotel. Its the perfect fór a family vacstion!!!!!!

Beautiful place! Such a lovely staff, always ready to help. Lots of amazong food that will satisfy every desire. Rooms are very clean and cozy too. Nice place for a family, kids can find here a few playgrounds, swimming pools, special event just for them where they can dance, play games and have fun. The hotel has a seperate beach which is very clean and safe to swim in. For adults, good bear and coctails:)

Very nice hotel for what we paid, location is very good excellent, staff is very helpful specially Miss Lera is very Very good food and very nice beach resort very clean.very soft sand and very clean water.long pears too walk to water. Very good location for shopping. I totally recommend this hotel!

Good family hotel, it’s not noisy after 11 . I like the choice of food and drinks. Nice beach, different activities are held every day. The rooms are normal, well-groomed . They clean every day. The service and employees like it. Polite. I’ ll come back here again ❤️
