Enjoy the stay

The staff is very bad and rude The service not bad The sea is good

The location is very good but the hygiene is not good. There was a sign asking for cleaning but no one cleaned the bed. The bathroom was very small, the water was very cold, the sheets were yellow and pilled and the mattress was almost broken.

This is the first time I give such a negative review to a hotel! First of all, there is racial discrimination against Chinese people at the front desk. They shouted ***** at me when they saw me. Even though it was an agency room type, after clearly confirming the hotel reservation order number, they left me at the front desk for half an hour while white people checked in; Secondly, the room given to me did not match the reserved room. After I repeatedly emphasized the room problem, I was given the reserved room type. In the end, even when I checked out and stored my luggage, I put my suitcase directly in the lobby and put the white man's luggage in the luggage room. I informed the hotel manager of these things through Ctrip. After watching the surveillance, the hotel manager apologized to me before I left the hotel and hoped for understanding. Therefore, I have protected everyone from lightning. I hope everyone can be safe when going out. If you encounter racial discrimination, you can also shout out and protect your rights and personal safety.

The hotel is good, there is a beach, and the three meals are also good. It is highly recommended.

Minamark is cool and nice and more espcially it located at the center of the Hurgada city ,the hotel has a lovely and friendly staffs thats always attends to the needs of their guests the rooms are quite decent the enveroments is perfect and good for strangers , the beach is perfect and the newly opened Sunshine resturant is always have different kind of dishes with a delicious taste thanks to all the kind hearted staffs of minamark

I experienced a great time here.. but the hotel as it is now is not repeatable for a next time. Still the internet sucks and for me. And many others (I talked with alot of guests)that is a basic rule that needs to be okay. Sending people to the lobby and provide them with almost unusable internet experience just doesn't cut it. I was in a room that with no balcony. But the room doesn't have a sink so couldn't wash my clothes and the beds are not comfortable. I heard from many other guests that their room was not clean and the housekeeping lacked. Well that taken into account will cost the hotel 2 stars. The buffet is okay, the people are very friendly and seems to love their job. And that makes the atmosphere great. I can see that staff at every level are kind and wants you to have a good time. So fix the internet and improve the housekeeping and it will then be for most persons a minimal 4 stars and for me personal 5..

It was a very nice stay in minamark. The location is perfect for everyone. You can choose between beach vacation or city trip- all is in one place. The staff was amazing and very kind, problems got solved fast and everyone was always smiling. The atmosphere was very nice here and I felt directly like home. The beach was clean and breathtaking, water was clear and beautiful. The food was good and with much variety.

Actually it was very wonderful trip every thing very good . I like the resort and the rooms . All staff was very friendly . And I enjoyed too much . I suggested for everyone to come here. I liked the activities. And the food . . Beach . Every thing very nice

the location of the hotel is nice, lovely staff, the food is not that good but the breakfast was nice but not the dinner not that good. The beach is nice and lovely especially for divers. The rooms were good and comfortable. Also the activities at the beach were nice and the whole entertainment made us feel happy. Our favorite show was the acrobatic show.

Our family absolutely enjoyed the stay in Minamark Resort Hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Shady and his team , who was always happy to fulfill our wishes and took perfectly care of us. The Service at the restaurant,room, was friendly and helpful. The food was great and varied. The resort is clean well serviced. The central location makes it easy to go shopping or just take a walk in Hurghada. We will definitely come back again.

I spend a wonderful holiday in the minamark hotel with my family. The whole staff was very friendly, specially at the beach and entertainment team. The food was delicious and fresh. Every day much variety. The hotel is located in the sheraton street, which is the main street in hurghada. so you find cafes shops and many restaurants. nice vacation

The hotel is beautiful and have really good people, who work here. The package was very good from the check in till check out. The food was good and fresh, omelett in the morning was perfect. The room was clean and beautiful. Also the beach was clean and nice.
