The room is not big, but it is clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, free parking, and many restaurants around. There is a buffet restaurant next to it, which costs more than 21 euros per person and has a lot to eat.

This hotel is in a run down industrial area. We pulled in with our rental and lots of people stared at us. We walked in and walked right back out. Went and stayed at the Radisson Bleu in downtown Rouen. Didnt feel safe, its dirty, do not stay here.

Check in receptionist was cheery, helpful and efficient. Room was as expected, and we have a lot of experience of staying here as it's 1 on our check list for this area.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good parking. If you've not brought your own food, there are choices within walking distance from the hotel. This is 1 of our go to hotels in Val de Reuil.

Nice and clean hotel, nice beds, but the service was horrible.
Rude and ignorant staff. Don’t buy breakfast, it’s not worth the money.
