Stayed 2 nights as part of a tour group hiking the Shin-Etsu trail. Excellent family run small ryokan, simple rooms and a small onsen bath to relax. Fabulous kaiseki food, mostly locally grown and served so beautifully. Lovely family run and highly recommended
