Place is trying to remodel for a new look so don't let that turn you off. Very welcoming and provide quality

I don’t think the standard for this chain is only 2 flavors of cereal with ONLY skim milk, waffles, a max limit of 2 muffins, and apple or orange juice. Also a lot of things under construction and there was not one working ice machine.

I came home covered with bed bug bites all over my body. I will not stay at this hotel every again.

We arrived at our hotel and pretty quickly found bed bugs in the room we were staying in. The receptionist then argued with me that it’s impossible. I ended up convincing him to check the room to prove the issue. Then he refused to give me a refund at first.

Lights didn’t work right. Jets in jacuzzi tub didn’t work. No working ice machine Floors were clean

Literal blood and urine stains on the sheets in two separate rooms… had to move twice

The property was under renovation so it looked like when they were finished it would be a clean environment. The staff were somewhat friendly.

I left today i was there most of the month tv has not been working since Thursday we did not get compensated for the 5 days it was not working

This is the third day with no television working when will the problem be fix an i think i should have some kind of compensation are something the people at the front desk said it would be fixed the next day its been 3 days an its not fix
