The Wi-Fi at this hotel was dreadful. It sent me back in my work so much. This was all from lack of connectivity in my room. I don’t think for this price I should have to go down to the lobby to find better Wi-Fi. Renaissance Esmeralda, you can do better!!

The resort is absolutely beautiful! From the spacious rooms to all of the kid-friendly activities..this is 5-star resort! We stayed here for 3 nights and our family enjoyed smores every evening, magic show, a live hawk show, and did I mention this was all complimentary? The gym had a variety of equipment in excellent condition. You can sign up for a yoga session in the morning... what better way to start your day. There are also bikes on resort that you can use for a family ride. Lastly, the staff was very friendly!

Great hotel, activities for kids, clean, safe, has everything you need in one location. Limited dinner options with kids, otherwise great choices for breakfast/lunch. My favorite hotel in the area!
