"Hygiene: There were cockroaches in the gaps of the bathroom door on the ground floor. Facilities: Relatively new, but the bed frame creaked easily. Environment: There are several good restaurants nearby, and it's also close to the bus station, though a bit far from the main attractions. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly."

"I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the hotel is exceptionally clean – I even felt comfortable walking barefoot on the floors. The location is quite convenient too. It's just a 10-minute walk after four stops on the EA line. You can also walk to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España in about 20 minutes. The hotel WiFi is strong, and the breakfast is quite extensive. A really great experience overall!"

"The kitchen is excellent, fully equipped. There's a rooftop terrace. But the beds are just awful. They wobble and creak loudly at the slightest movement. You wake up and everyone else does too. It's literally impossible to sleep."

"The lobby reception staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleaning staff kept the rooms very clean, which was commendable. They even changed the garbage bags regularly and helped wash the dishes that guests hadn't cleaned!"

"If you are a football fan just live at this hotel! As it locates nearby the home stadium of the Spanish football club Real Betis and fortunately I met some of the players as they lived at there before their home night game!! Hotel staff were very nice who were patient to answer your questions and suggest some tourist spots to you. Gym is quite small but overall was a good living experience"

"My stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌"

"An absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!"

"The environment is super interesting! It felt very pink and colorful, a vibrant place to stay. The hygiene was alright, but the ventilation was excellent. It's located on a street in the core scenic area of Seville. There's a free bus, but finding and taking it might be a bit inconvenient. Met some Italian girls heading south to Gibraltar. Hostel interactions are truly the happiest moments."

"This is a relatively new hotel, and during my stay over Chinese New Year, it was almost exclusively occupied by Chinese guests. The room was the largest I've ever stayed in among all Spanish hotels, probably over 30 square meters. There was easily enough space to open two 28-inch suitcases. I probably arrived late, so I was given an accessible room right by the elevator. Although it faced the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. However, when showering, water tended to splash around a bit, but not excessively. Basic amenities were provided, including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. They were travel-sized, which was convenient for taking with you. Other items like bathrobes and extra tissues were available upon request. For a double room, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the duvet was a rather inexplicable European style where the duvet insert is sandwiched between two sheets. 🙃 The location is quite convenient for getting around. The three main attractions – Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, and the Cathedral – are all within walking distance. Within a 10-minute walk, there are also many local restaurants with a lively atmosphere. I recommend a breakfast spot nearby called Bar Entrepuentes; the ham in their ham sandwich is incredibly fragrant! Overall, there were some minor issues, but nothing major, and the advantages were quite significant. The high number of Asian guests also brought a sense of comfort and familiarity from a certain perspective. 😂"

"There is a safety hazard! I lost a tote bag with cosmetics and skin care products, and another woman in the same room lost her wallet and passport. Check the monitoring, basically determined that it was an external person who committed the crime, and the police have been called but cannot be recovered. Remind everyone to take care of their belongings and close the door at will!"
